Great range of products and parts
I love this site as they have high-quality tens/ems replacement parts. It is so hard to access high quality replacement leads and electrodes for specific machines. Shipping is fast and efficient. I just wish they would pass on the tracking number at times. I will definitely continue to get my electrodes and parts here.

I ordered teeth whitening gel. Appalling service. Never again.
I ordered teeth whitening gel.
The product was sent to me in an envelope without product packaging, just an unsealed open syringe.
There were no details of gel composition or wearing time instructions. These are essential as there are no details on the strength of the product before purchasing. I was therefore unable to work out how long to wear it for. Too long can damage the teeth.
When I purchased the product, the website stated that the instructions for use would come with the product.
Supplying any medical product without use or dosing instructions is extremely unprofessional.
I emailed you about this and received no reply.
The product is unusable. A complete waste of my time and money.

Regret this purchase
What can I say? I'm beginning to wonder if this company exists because they don't reply to emails, didn't supply a tracking number, the parcel hasn't arrived, but surprise, surprise my payment was accepted! Communication is key but without it customers are left out in the cold and feeling ripped off.

The Tens machine is very good no complaints
This is 3rd one I have used and its best one so far
I did order a package with Foot and hand TENS High Conductive Sock Electrode (Pair) the Foot is way too small for my size 12 feet. I did not see a size listed on the web site and TENS High Conductive Glove Electrode the gloves are way too small for my hands
I did sent them an E mail noting this I have had no reply so far

I received my teeth whitening syringes and a syringe of paste without any directions. I have no clue how to use this product. I emailed Homemedics two days ago and have not received a reply. What good are the syringes if I don't know how to use them

Omron replacement tens pad
1 star for shipping (Order made on the 2/10/24 received on the 15/10/24). 1 star for quality. The lead wires once attached to the pads cannot be remove or detached. It cost $8:95 aud for four pieces (2 sets) but now I have to replace the lead wires which will cost me more money. This product is faulty. I do not recommend this item.

I ordered an obstetric TENS machine on the 28/9/24.
I received confirmation of order, however no postage confirmation.
I sent 2 emails on the 10/10/24 & 11/10/24 & received a response on 14/10/24 after leaving a dissatisfied review. I received an email stating that they had had a delay in their shipments & therefore gave me a refund.
