Purchased an item on 26 June 2024. Received an email on 28 June inforrming me that it had been sent, but no tracking number provided, or name of courier company. Still haven't received item as at 17 July. Have left messages on website, via 3 different email addresses, called their number etc. No response. I do not recommend this company. Dodgy.

Express is slow! Never received my order
I paid extra on 1 July for fast delivery and unfortunately I am now leaving the country - on 10 July - before the purchase arrived. This means the purchase will now have to be sent on to the UK at further cost and delay. It should be much clearer at order stage that express delivery is not possible

No delivery / No communication
Placed an order two weeks ago and have not received any tracking details. Made two attempts to contact via website with no response.
They can trus Homemedics when need anything. Go and make an order of what you need.

Misleading product, unprofessional customer service
- Received item in post. Specifically ordered the DUAL POWER device as I wanted to plug into the wall, which is more economical and environmentally friendly.
- Emailed Homedics to advise that no power cord had arrived in the package.
- Homedics advised that the compatible power adapter with the MultiStim Plus had been discontinued by the manufacturer and was no longer supply it with our machines. ‘The compatible power adapter can however, be sourced from another online retailer or supplier which will work with your machine.
We apologise or the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.’
- I further queried this, and said that the omission of the power cord should be made explicit in the product description.
- Homedics reiterated that they don’t stock a power adapter that is compatible with my device any longer, and that it doesn’t state on their website that a power adapter is included with the machine. That if they had any compatible adapters they would have supplied it with the machine or sent you one at their expense. They then offered a credit to make up for this or send me some free tens pads. Also mentioned that the included AA batteries included with the machine last very long, and that I can use rechargeable AA batteries. Also mentioned they have rechargeable models available which come with an inbuilt rechargeable Li-ion battery.
- I reiterated:-
“As I said in my previous email, I do not use batteries. Please provide the details of the power cord I need to purchase. There are 4 different types of adapter on your website- do none of these work with my device?? Please confirm that the 12 month warranty still stands on products operated through a third party power adapter.”
- Customer service advised they would post a power cord because customer satisfaction is their main priority, and then made mention that the business would now make no profit from the sale.
- Power cord arrived. Then opened the rest of the bits and pieces from the original package to find a sticker on the connector cords stating ‘WARNING: NOT FOR USE WITH AC POWER SOURCE’. Then wrote this email:-
“Good Afternoon,
I have received the power cord for the MultiStim dual power. It now appears the cords that attach the ear clips/ pads to the device cannot be used with AC power source 🤷🏼♀️ . Also, there are no instructions as to how to use the device for TVNS, only TMS. I will be returning this item as I am completely out of patience. Please advise the details regarding returns.”
Email was sent 6 days ago and I have had no response.
