Homseptic are great. I was visited by Dan to discuss my soakaway problems, he was very knowledgeable and honest and provided a very thorough quote and breakdown. But what I appreciated the most was that Dan made additional suggestions that would potentially be more beneficial to me but result in Homeseptic not getting the work. This level of honesty is rare and is why I have no concerns recommending them.

I contacted Homeseptic as a result of their positive reviews and can see why they have received so many. Dan was helpful and knowledgable and able to give us a short term fix there and then. He looked for the simplest longer term solutions and didn't try to oversell or upsell on anything. I can't recommend them highly enough and won't hesitate to call when we need help again.

What can I say but excellant service. They did what they said they would do and when it would start and when it would finish and worked to that completely. I was asked questions of where I wanted things to go and they did exactly that. Cleared up and left the ground nice and tidy. Would I recomend them, of course I will.

From initial call to completion the small but mighty team delivered. It is a bit like the Wild West trying to find decent companies that can install a domestic sewage treatment plant. You should include this team in any quote you get! Dave and Kieron were a solid team and very polite and engaging.

This is a small, specialist company offering personalised service. Unusually, they arrange everything including electrical work and buildings control sign-off. Brad and his team were great people taking care to do a good job and having a sense of humour.

Homeseptic did a full survey of our existing system and advised on the necessary upgrade. The installation of the new treatment system was done very efficiently and the lawn was left nearly as good as new.
Throughout the process communication from the company was prompt and clear - a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

We spoke to a lot of companies when we learned our new home had a failing septic tank and I have no hesitation in recommending Home Septic. They were endlessly accommodating and clearly had our satisfaction front and centre from design through to delivery and beyond.

They stood out in how well they understood our needs as a young family; rather than focussing on the mechanics of tanks, soak-aways and effluent quality, they understood that what we wanted was a small footprint, minimal running noise and the confidence that everything would work without thought or intervention.

Their quote was reasonable when compared to their competitors and they visited twice to answer all of our questions and ensure we were happy with the proposal.

The work itself was challenged by late deliveries and unexpected pipework, but the work was completed within the time quoted and they even did some extra, entirely unrelated, landscaping and electrical work.

They even returned the following week to install a grass-topped cover that I'd found but not managed to get delivered on time.

Of course the garden was a mess when they were finished - there's no way to install a sewage treatment plant without digging holes and driving heavy machinery around - but everything was left clear and level, ready for the lawn to be replanted.

Keep the tea/coffee/biscuits flowing and I'd expect you'll be as happy as we are.

This was a really unwelcome expense for us, but we really value the peace of mind that their work is guaranteed, they'll be back in 12 months to give the system a check and that if there are any incidents there's a great team ready to answer the phone.

Friendly and considerate contractor. From the initial site inspection and advice to the guys coming and doing the work, in a rather restricted space, Brad, Stiggy and the the rest of the team did a professional job installing a new Treatment Plant. We are happy to recommend them to others.

I am not sure I can do justice to the incredible service we received in the hands of Homeseptic. Having moved into a 17th century property, we quickly realised that the ageing Septic Tank and Soakaway had multiple issues.

Over the space of 6 months we had 5 or 6 companies out to look at the system as a whole - they charged for surveys and quoted for extensive urgent repairs to pipework and drainage alongside a new Sewage Treatment Plant. Every company reported long lists of different and often random issues alongside large quotes (hence we kept asking for further opinions).

Finally we stumbled across Homeseptic! Brad attended the property and advised us that on visual inspection, whilst we did need a new Sewage Treatment Plant, he felt that it was highly unlikely that any other repairs would be necessary since the pipework would have been circa 10 years old (when the house was extended). To confirm, Homeseptic then conducted a full CCTV survey which found no damage or repairs to be needed. We had been lied to by every company that had charged us for a survey.

Homeseptic had instantly saved us thousands of pounds and on top of that their quote for a new Sewage Treatment Plant was substantially less than every other quote, and the CCTV survey was free. Why? Because they are honest to the core and their quote was based on a fair price for the materials and labour, rather than being based on the length of your drive or the value of the house.

Brad and Stig carried out the install and could not have been more of a pleasure to work with. They went well above and beyond the call of duty at every stage. They were punctual, polite, deeply knowledgable and experienced, worked within the timeframe and left the property looking far better than it did previously!

People and companies like this are very, very rare these days and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The only downside is that they don’t offer more services as I would trust them on any project.

I imagined never wanting to think or talk about my home sewage again after the install, but now I find myself telling everyone to get a new treatment plant, just to work with Homeseptic!

Homeseptic provided professional advice and support to us in dealing with our property in Hampshire. They undertook a detailed site survey and developed a bespoke solution to a tricky problem which required specific approval by the Environmental Agency. The company worked very well with our local representatives (a project manager and property manager) and communicated with me, in north east Scotland, promptly and efficiently. The work was carried out within the timescales anticipated and managed, on site, very well. Homeseptic did what they said they would do and did it well.

Straight forward can do approach. Fast efficient and friendly. Really nice business to deal with. Did a great job for us in terrible weather too!

Fantastic work, left the site really tidy (how they manage to make a mudfest into a field again with 8 tonnes of machine is a wonder!) and really professional and helpful.

I realised that the damp problem I had in my Victorian House was due to blocked soakaways from the rainwater pipes but it took some time to work out what sort of company I needed to fix it. I was delighted with the service from Homeseptic, from booking the work to the excellent team on site. Brad was very experience and explained everything to me. The work was carried out efficiently and with as little disruption as possible. Very pleased with the whole experience
