Homeseptic have been first-rate throughout the entire process including initial advice, the undertaking of a survey on our old sewage system, the installation of a new septic tank and the carrying out of remedial work to existing pipework. Homeseptic’s approach is one of seasoned professionalism and the installation of the septic tank, a big job, was completed with attention to detail and the minimum of fuss and disruption. A highly personable team led by Alex who were a pleasure to have on site. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Cannot recommend this business more highly from start to finish. Laid drains and afterwards made a great job of reinstating the garden, drive and patio. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and friendly too. If you need anything done with your drains do not go anywhere else.

Dave and his team were brilliant, identified the issues, put a plan in place, agreed costs and then arrived on the agreed date, six days to complete the work. Everything happened according to the schedule of works, we were kept informed at the end of each day. All within the agreed price and no unexpected extras.
Such a relief not to check the septic tank each morning before deciding if we can shower or not.

Once site survey was completed their proposal was clear with good advise on type which would suit our ground conditions (wet). Something missed by the other companies that quoted.

It was a relatively long run and some obstacles hidden underground which they overcame and still completed on time.

I would certainly without a doubt recommend them fully.

Great team, very professional, didn’t panic one bit when plans had to change mid flight for reasons outside of everyone’s control. Kept the garden pretty well despite running the digger and power barrow all over. Genuinely can’t rate these guys enough. Highly recommended. Thanks to J, Uncle Dave and Stig for a job well done.

Had a massive problem with ground water making its way into the septic tank via the old clay pipes. Dave came out, did an assessment and was installing a new pipe 4 weeks later. It didn't stop there though, old brickwork and redundant manholes removed, existing manhole covers of the septic tank lowered, re-orientated and re-pointed to give that aesthetic appeal and the vent pipe remoted to near the fence line. If Dave is not happy with something he sees from an earlier installation, he fixes it, doesn't ignore it. Clean, tidy, on time and professional. Great service.

The work undertaken by HomeSeptic was the installation of a sewage treatment system in our back garden. Access was restricted and only made easier because my neighbour agreed to the removal of his concrete fence post and panels. I was really worried that damage would be caused with large machinery coming and going across my neighbours driveway. I need not have worried. Alex, Chris and Dave were amazing.

We viewed the work to be undertaken like major surgery - you must expect some scars but these will heal over time. There is no way you can bring a digger and dumper truck into a back garden and not leave evidence they were there. The reality is that the guys did everything they could to limit damage even replacing turf and raking the garden. The system is now in and running and we are really grateful for the good humour, skill and knowledge of all those that came from the survey right through to when my neighbours post and fence panels were replaced actually looking better than when they were taken down.

If 6 stars were available HomeSeptic would have earned them and I have no hesitation in giving this review (even though i don't usually do reviews). The work was completed on time and to cost with as minimal interruption as possible.

Andy, Alex and the team did a great job for us. They installed a new septic tank and drainage system. Not a straightforward project.

Great set of guys who came to replace my water treatment plant and drainage fields. This was done during some extremely wet February weather (2021) Andy- and the team were all over the project and kept me really well informed about the challenges and the solutions. Great communication and really dedicated staff to deliver this tricky project. 100% kept to the agreed contract value. Would definitely use Home Septic again and recommend them for domestic installations.

We had a problem with our septic tank drainage field. Other contractors wanted to sell us an entire new system (that would not have actually addressed the issue) Homeseptic attended site promptly, they were extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly professional & courteous. Price was competitive and we were only charged for what was needed. Work was well managed and hardly knew the guys were there. We would have no hesitation in recommending Homeseptic. Hoping to buy a new home we needed to check out the condition of the septic tank. Never having had to deal with one before we put our faith in Home Septic. They were brilliant, answered our call and booked a visit. They gave a verbal report on the day of the visit, followed up by a comprehensive report. Afterwards the customer service was so helpful, giving us advice and confidence to go ahead. All round excellent service.

James and his team performed a great job, always punctual and explaining what they needed to do but always asked if we were happy with what they proposed. All completed on schedule. Very happy.

Homeseptic installed new septic tank and decommissioned old one for us in Sway / Lymington area. They conducted survey, recommended good solution for us and the ordering process was friendly and straightforward. Team arrived at advertised time and completed the work on schedule in 4 days. Final price was exactly as advertised at the beginning. The guys were friendly, efficient and careful with the surrounding property. They cleaned up the spoil material well and reinstated fencing required for their machines to access the site. Good job overall and would recommend Homeseptic.

I would highly recommend Homeseptic, from the quotation, through the planning application and finally installation the boys were really helpful and professional. Installation was much quicker than I expected, I was working but was kept informed every step of the way, and the garden was left as tidy as possible. Cheaper quotation than others too!
