We needed a homebuyers survey on a septic tank and Homeseptic provided this quickly and efficiently. Excellent communication and a friendly manner, would highly recommend.

Dave did the site visit and discussed the different options for a new domestic sewage treatment plant. Quote arrived quickly, again with two options to choose from. We went with the Graf system. Dave also ran the project on site with a small team. They were friendly and courteous and did the job to time and cost. Homeseptic were considerably cheaper than the competitors, even for the same solutions offered. The plant has been in for a week and all seems fine.

I couldn't recommend Homeseptic highly enough. I found them through their excellent website and was immediately impressed by Andy's knowledge and helpfulness. Even though I live two hours away in Gloucestershire they undertook the project which is in a challenging site with difficult access down a narrow lane. In spite of this they found the perfect solution and expertly installed a Sewage Treatment Plant which I am delighted with. James and Dave, both great guys, did a tremendous job finishing on time and leaving the property just as they found it. I'm so pleased to have found a company with such exceptionally friendly people whose judgement and workmanship are top rate.

The team at Homeseptic were great from start to finish. They did a thorough survey before quoting and all the work was on budget and to a good standard. They even came in over the weekend to get the work finished. Andy kept us up to date throughout the process and James and Dave were brilliant on site, involving us in any decisions as they came up. We'd definitely use them again.

We had Homeseptic perform a survey of the septic tank/drainage system at a home we were in the process of purchasing. They did a great job of the survey and followed it up with a call to discuss potential issues as well as providing a detailed report. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and most importantly communication from the outset - initial inspection and confirmation of failing soak away, discussions of resolution and then implementation were all handled very professionally. The team who worked onsite were great and kept me updated on progress and explained clearly everything that was being done. All in all I am very happy with the work that has been done.

The whole project of installing a new treatment plant was seamless. From our first telephone enquiry with Andy, to installation and completion with James as Project Manager, all at a highly competitive price, we can’t recommend this Company enough! Dave, Andy and the team did a fabulous job. We needed to double the soak away for our water treatment centre, and the ground was not ideal so they came up with a solution very quickly. Tested that it would work, and did the job all within about two weeks. Really know what they are doing, and left the garden in a very good state considering the amount of work involved. Great to deal with, customer focused and very efficient. Would recommend and we will continue to use them for servicing

Great service, clean and tidy and completed on time

James & Andy helped us source a STP to replace our old cesspool. I found the team helpful, accessible and most importantly did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! The team also managed a very tidy site, leaving us in excellent condition despite substantial ground works.

We had a survey done on a new proeprty we were buying. The report was really detailed and gave us the ansewrs o all the questions we wanted. Dave also gave us a call and talked through the report once it had been sent and answered any question we had. Great piece of mind, I would recommend Homeseptic to anyone.
