The really helpful and friendly team at Homeseptic did an exceptional job replacing our damaged septic tank system with a modern sewage treatment plant. Their knowledge and experience were clear from the outset, and they were clear on what work needed to happen, what it would cost and when it could be done. The work was then done as described, to time and cost.

But what set the team apart for me was the exceptional communication and commitment to customer service. I had many questions about the solution, and we had an impacted neighbour who had a number of concerns, but Andy, Brad and Sammy worked through the solution with us patiently, knowledgably and confidently.

Very responsive service with customer satisfaction and quality at its core. Needed expert survey, advice and quotation for a house purchase. Although purchase didn't go through this company saved me from what could have been a very expensive choice if I had not chosen to commission homeseptic to undertake this very comprehensive a thorough survey for a reasonable price.

From the very beginning Homeseptic were both friendly and professional. HQ (Sammy) was quick to respond and provided useful information regarding what to expect. From the initial site survey through to completion of the project, Brad and Stig were always punctual arriving, sure to talk me through each stage of the process and made sure i was consulted if there were any issues.

The team did a great piece of work on a pumped outlet from our treatment plant. Not only was the outcome good but the site was left in good state. In addition it was great to have two people on the works who were not only professional but very personable as well. I will work with Homeseptic in the future for the ongoing maintenance.

The site was difficult to access but the focus was consistently positive, finding workable solutions that suited us rather than emphasising the problems. James and Co did and amazing job at our property in Damerham. They fitted a new sewage treatment system and removed our old septic tank. James was a pleasure to have around ( very chilled ) and they left our grounds in top condition. You wouldn’t have known that they dug up the garden! Would highly recommend and we’ll certainly be using them again if needed.

Installation of sewage treatment plant. This job was urgent due to the failure of the existing system. As a result they made an early weekend visit to assess the job. The quote was prompt and an early commencement date agreed. This was a big job on a confined plot, carried out over a period of a week as scheduled. James and his team were punctual, professional and courteous at all times. They were able to resolve snags as they arose and communicated well with us. They were mindful of our safety during the works and provided us with appropriate advice. We are happy with the reinstatement of the driveway and garden. We would definitely recommend Homeseptic.

We had a full septic tank and drains survey and then a whole new septic tank system fitting.
From the initial communication to the very end, we could not be happier with the service provided. We were left in a mess by the previous owners and homeseptic even ensured temporary measures were set in place prior to them completing the job just so that we could have basic facilities.
When the job began we had nothing but total professionalism and a very skilled and knowledgeable team.
We will be using this company for our yearly service and maintenance without a shadow of doubt.

The site of the installation was in a corner of a very overgrown garden. I had put a chainsaw to good use to deforest the area thus allowing access to the plant, digger and dumper truck. The land transpired to be heavy clay. One of the operatives suggested that I start a brick works. I am sure at times that they wish life could have been easier but they continued through all seasons in one day. The remainder of the week, the estimated time, continued to be inclement but work continued. Pre prepared arrangements had been made as deliveries arrived of the required materials. The last lorry to call was to take away the rather large pile of clay which I chose not to keep. Although difficult the ground was levelled off. The electrician arrived and connected the treatment control unit. The hum from the motor unit is hardly discernible. I was kept informed of each days progress and all went to plan. It is comforting to have received the official documents confirming the the installation has been completed to conform to the 'Binding Rules '. A job well done, thank you.

Homeseptic did an outstanding job for us replacing our old soakaway. The advice we received upfront was clear and understandable and the service throughout was highly professional - to budget and to planned time. The team were a pleasure to have on-site and simply put, did exactly what they said they would do. One good reason why privately owned companies can really excel over their corporate counterparts - I would highly recommend them.

Homeseptic were contracted to install a new sewage treatment plant in the front garden and to fill in the old septic tank and make good the old site which was in an adjacent field. Work commenced on the agreed date and was completed within one week. The team were polite and considerate and I formed the impression that they were knowledgeable with respect to both the technical and legal aspects of the work undertaken. Thus, although they were not the cheapest quote, I was very pleased that we chose this company as all was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
