This company is fraudulent. They are not registered with Company House nor are they trading from the the premises they refer to as their business address. An order has been made by Gloucester County Court for the company to make a payment of £890 to me. When a warrant was issued by Birmingham County Court and a bailiff attended their business premises, there was no Home Sofa Company to be found and no forwarding address details either. The DM of this company is a fraud. Please don’t send these fraudsters a penny, because you won’t get a sofa, and will be out of pocket. They’ve been reported to Trust Pilot as well. All of the company details are registered on Companies house. It shows clearly when a charge has been registered, when this company has been dissolved. Homesofa company have tried to silence me by asking me to remove the DM’s details, so here are the company’s publicly accessible details. Please be warned that they’ve tried yet again to form another company and now trade under the name of Amury Sofas. All of the relevant details can be found under this Companies House registration number 12069277. Please do your homework and do not trust them. When you can see that a supplier has registered a charge against them that is still outstanding, that gives you an idea what kind of charlatans these guys are!

I’ve sent numerous emails and tried to call. I work really hard for my money and would just like a nice new sofa to come home too. I’ve still not had a delivery date, promised ‘within a week’ and still not heard anything. I wouldn’t mind delays but communication is terrible. We are sitting on hard chairs whilst waiting and I’m starting to worry my sofa won’t turn up and my moneys in thin air.. would appreciate atleast a phone call to explain when it’s going to arrive and why it’s so late.

I ordered from home sofa company on 2nd September, they said I'll have my delivery by 10th September. I' still haven't received my sofas, I've sent many emails to which they reply to sometimes that my sofa will be this week an thats every week its been 6_7 weeks since I ordered . I've demanded a refund an still been ignored. I just don't know what else to do. Thanks Jane. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING SERVICE. !!

Ordered through sister company Deslit who stated it would be 7-10 days delivery. 3 weeks later no confirmation of dispatch. I started to panic this was a scam. Through some research I discovered Home Sofa company are the same company. Luckily I managed to get through on the phone last week and was promised a call back from a manager the same day. 5 days later no call back, no contact about where my sofa is. NOTHING! i have continued to ring.

My hard earned money has been taken and I still do not have my sofa. I am going to the bank to report a scam, if this isn’t resolved this week. Disgusting.

Ordered last week and i waited to leave this company a review just incase but everything went fine, the sofa is good value for money and i got it delivered on time.

Ordered online paid with clearpay and the sofa arrived in less 10 days as promised, bargain for the sofa i got my friends don’t believe i paid that price becuase they got ripped off my ScS

So i had my sofa for nearly 3 weeks now and i got to say i am impressed for the amount i paid, i first found the chicago sofa on ScS but the i done abit of shopping around, Home Sofa Company was by far the cheapest and quickest

Amazing value for money simple as good sofas for good price decent delivery service and no issues

My experience was fine got my sofa delivered in 9 days and the customer service man was very delightful

This company is terrible, ordered a sofa was not delivered on the dates given, rang about 12 times answer always the same leave name and phone number will get back but never do, Sent lots of emails but never reply, cancelled my order and asking for refund but still no answer. Beware do not touch this company.

Absolutely awful
Placed 2 orders for 4 sofas , the company took my money then cancelled the orders but didn’t refund the money . Still trying to get my money back 3 months later .

WARNING - shop with at your own peril! Placed an order with the Home Sofa Company (Deslit & Co.) over a month ago. Payment was taken in full but sofas have not arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the seller have failed - phone lines are permanently busy, answerphone call backs not made and emails not replied to. I'm currently logging a claim with PayPal for a refund.

No communication and my items have not been delivered. Tried all ways to contact the company and have had no luck at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Bought the sofa over two weeks ago. Received an email to confirm the order and nothing since. Left countless messages and emails, absolutely disgusting service and still nothing from them.

Only ordered a sofa from this company 2 months ago and already there are rips in the base of the sofa.

I have rung them and left messages and no one has got back to me.

I am having to get legal advice now.

I would NOT recommend buying a sofa from them, as clearly they do NOT sell good quality, manufactured sofas, but cheap ones that you will waste your money on and will not last long at all.

Pay a little more and go to a trusted well known company instead.

SCAM COMPANY!! - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
I ordered a sofa over a month ago and had no communication regarding the delivery other than the website estimated times. During the estimated delivery time I got a phone call saying that they didn't have the stock so were cancelling my order. Nearly a month on and still no refund. The phone number on my invoice no longer exists. Google phone number doesn't get answered (nor do messages). Don't make my mistake and choose a reputable company to purchase from.

Terrible service. Placed order over a week ago and had zero communication. Tried to ring and email multiple times. The website chat is automated and just says it can’t find my order. Whoever runs the Instagram just reads and ignores your messages
