Via HomeStars I was able to find a contractor that did excellent work and within budget and on time. I would definitely use HomeStars again

A special thank you to Ali who installed our Air Conditioner last week. He arrived early (yeah!) and completed the work in 4 hours ( we were expecting it to take 6 hours). He placed mats throughout the house and left the house spotless. He was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. A job well done!!

Filing out the required boxes to get the service you need was so easy and within 10 minutes I had my first company to reply to my job request.

Keith was true to his word, on time very professional and did a great job, would highly recommend him. In fact our neighbours liked what he did and had him build a fence for them!!

I reached out to inquire about services and initially spoke with someone who said they would get back to me, but I never received a follow-up. About a week later, I called again and spoke with another representative who told me they would look into my inquiry and call me back. I did not hear back from them either. A few days later I then sent an email and received a response apologizing for the situation and assuring me that a rush request had been sent for someone to contact me. I was also asked to follow up if I didn’t hear back by the end of the next day. After still not receiving any contact, I followed up as requested, but I have yet to receive a reply or a call.
Lack of follow-through across multiple attempts has been frustrating. I would suggest improving internal communication and ensuring that customer inquiries are consistently tracked and responded to in a timely manner. Clear follow-up processes would go a long way in providing a better customer experience. This confirms I will not be doing business with them.

OnGuard is very thorough and they do mold remediation properly, they don't just come in and encapsulate the mold! They are timely and responsive to communication.
