The Horsham Mortgage Centre is fantastic! The support from Day 1 has been exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble, and there's no such thing as a silly question.
The efficiency of Laura and Jen meant that everything has been processed swiftly and accurately.
I will be recommending HMC to anyone I know who needs support with their mortgage.

Honestly, Rachel has been a dream to deal with from start to finish. We then were introduced to Laura who has been fantastic. I cannot fault their customer service, their efficiency and what they have done for us. We found we were able to have honest conversations about our needs for a home and therefore a mortgage and we were advised the whole time with care and honesty. We are able to purchase our dream home and the whole process in getting a mortgage has been so smooth. Thank you all so much but Rachel and Laura, you've both been amazing!

I cannot recommend Horsham Mortgage Centre enough. I used them two years ago when buying my first home and have recently used them again to secure a new mortgage. We used the Horsham Mortgage Centre when we made our mortgage application and they were absolutely fantastic. We were primarily in contact with either Rachel or Jennie and we updated all the way through the process. Often we were getting information from them that we were then using to chase others as they were checking up for us more frequently. Super pleased with the service received and will be sure to return for a remortgage when the time comes! 10/10 recommended

Honestly without Jen and Georgie we wouldn’t now be in the position we are of actually purchasing our first home!
We are/were complete novices with house purchasing and mortgages but Jens expert advice has been invaluable.
Jen’s continued diligence also ensured we received the very best deal - in face Jen found a deal that meant our deposit was halved compared to another lender!!
Jen also helped reassure us of the different options available and the pros and cons of each.
Whilst our involvement with Georgie was more towards the end where we actually received our mortgage offer, she, just like Jen, was invaluable and so quick and efficient at advising us what we needed to do and information to provide etc.

I’ve never used a mortgage broker before but contacted HMC due to needing a slightly complicated remortgage. I was offered a consultation with Edward within a couple of days, he identified a suitable product that afternoon and Jennie was supportive and responsive throughout the re-mortgage process. Very handy to have someone to consult when the jargon from the solicitor gets too much! Would highly recommend.

We found this company through our estate agents and we could not have been more pleased with their service. They (Georgie and Rachel) managed the application process from start to finish, did what they said they would do, followed up on everything, gave regular updates so we knew what was going on at all times, chased things on our behalf and generally took the stress away from that side of moving house. Their service was way over and above what I would have expected. They were definitely instrumental in getting our purchase through so quickly. Would certainly recommend them!
