I have had the pleasure of working with a few brokers at The Horsham Mortgage Centre and all have been very efficient and professional.
My initial contact was Neil Powney who was hands down the best broker I had spoken to (having spoken to many many others during my initial search) he was on the ball and took the time to talk through all the options available and explain everything clearly if it hadn't been for his out of the box thinking I don't think I would have been able to get a mortgage at all.
When Neil left, I was passed onto Rachel Woolard who was equally fantastic and very quick to get the final pieces together.
The communication has been excellent from the whole team, including Georgie Wain and I am very happy to recommend Horsham Mortgages to anyone in need.

Rachel has been a complete superstar throughout the whole mortgage process. I had a complex situation involving porting my mortgage, changing the persons on there and also being on maternity leave... so I had some apprehensions about what I was able to apply for. When I was asked to speak with Rachel at Horsham Mortgage Centre, she was so positive, knowledgeable and helpful, finding us the best possible rate with a major lender, on terms that suited us. She took all the stress out of the process and was so quick and efficient.

I visited the Horsham branch and had excellent service from everyone, from Edward at the first meeting who looked through what i could borrow, and then Jennie who battled through to get my mortgage offer sorted out. They kept me informed of everything and made the situation alot less stressful. I also recommend Laura who sorted out life insurance for me.

James from the Worthing Mortgage centre was absolutely amazing. He got everything sorted so fast and answered questions and concerns within minutes. He went above and beyond to secure a mortgage for me in my very complex circumstances!

This was 3.5 weeks before stamp duty closed and with James’ help I was able to complete before then which is the fastest I’ve ever heard of. The mortgage was done within days including the valuation. Thanks so much for all your help James!
