Regular communication without being chased, really transparent with the process and timelines. If I asked a question, they would reply instantly and go out their way to assist.

They really helped advise and guide on the entire mortgage process.

Rachel recently helped me set up the mortgage for my first ever flat and I cannot express how grateful I am and the amazing service I received. She was always very quick to respond to emails, to be at the end of a phone and to explain things and answer questions. As a first time buyer with very little prior knowledge of the process/mortgages it can be quite intimidating but I really felt Rachel took the time to explain things and she encouraged me to ask questions and I never felt like I was being rushed or pressured. Ultimately I'm really happy with the advice and the mortgage offer I've received. I would recommend the Horsham Mortgage Centre to anyone - fantastic service!

Could not recommend Edward and Jennie enough! As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions about the offers and process and Edward took the time to run through it all with me with easy explanations. He got me a fantastic offer, one far better than a couple id been given from another broker. Jennie then helped set up the mortgage and was super speedy and efficient. She also completed help to buy for me. And even jumped in on emails with my solicitor to help me when I asked for support. Very affordable and stress free highly recommend.
