I have purchased about 10 times and I am constantly amazed by the service provided. Always fast, accurate and a great price. I am switching more of my purchasing to them, and have met some reps in person now and they are very genuine low-pressure guys. Definitely recommended.

I was let down by my current supplier and needed a HP P222 SAS Controller urgently, after speaking to Hotplugs.co.uk they guaranteed I would have the part within 24 hours of ordering and good to their word it arrived before 12 the next day, I will have no reservations about using them again.

I needed to add an extra disk urgently and my usual supplier would not guarantee to get it to me by today. I found Hotplugs using a Google search, I called them, they confirmed they had the correct one in stock and could get it to me by today. Their price was cheaper too. No prizes for guessing who I will buy disks from in the future!

Being a busy "tech" and trying to fix problems on the fly means I don't always get things right 100% of the time. When a vendor documentation error lead to me purchasing the wrong part for a server the team at hotplugs were totally understanding and helped me get the parts I actually needed without a hint of fuss and total professionalism.

Live Chat is instant if you have any questions and very helpful, rather than type in a question and then wait for someone to become free to answer it. The price I paid was also lower than some of the bigger resellers I have used in the past, I will be trying Hotplugs first now before any other reseller.

Excellent Service, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that a stock glitch at their warehouse, meant I couldn't get my full order. However at all parts of the interaction with them, service was excellent and I would have no issues with recommending them, and will use them again.

Friendliness and efficiency are the most effective attributes in a business and this is exactly what Hotplugs have, I have dealt with them a few times now and the knowledge of the products from their support staff is incredibly useful for finding what you need to buy, they are not simply there to sell you a product as they work with you to ensure that the product fits right for your business hardware. I have used hotplugs a number of times for server components and the pricing is always very good and far cheaper than my regular suppliers. Also delivery is always fast which is great as when buying for servers I often need items quickly.

I had a server down and needed two obscure parts. I called Hotplugs and within 30mins they had sourced the parts and arranged same day delivery. The clients server was up and running within 5 hours of failure which of course made them very happy and us look great. Without doubt, I would highly recommend them. Thank you Guys.
