Had a problem with online credit Card so rang up, the Service I got was excellent, we then had our parts by next day. I would recommend that you use this Company as if I Need to I would not have a second thought. It is a shame that other companys are not up to this Standard.

I would recommend using Hotplugs to purchase Hardware, they were efficient and very helpful over the phone, the salesman that I spoke to (Paul) really went the extra mile.

Highly recommended especially as I incorrectly ordered the wrong item.
The team was very helpful & efficient with the aftercare. They found me the correct product and had the item delivered the next day. Even though, it was the holiday season.
They were the cheapest on price for the item after searching the net.

Have always been sceptical of web stores, but when i spoke to these guys regarding a MSA60 i was shocked to find out how much they knew regarding integrating this into our current network, Let alone the great price and fast delivery! Highly recommended

First Class Service
It is unusal for me to call an IT web store and be impressed with the person on the other end of the phone, but these guys did just that! They understand the product they are selling and how it intergrates with a customers existing network. I cannot believe that someone is able to sell these products at these prices and actually understand what they are selling I will be calling them again very soon!!!

Best service for HP so far
I could of done with these guys years ago! I work for a hosting company and to have my server request understood, configured and delivered the next day just blew me away really.
I've work with many suppliers in the past and they either have sales or technical but these guys can do it all!
