TOP SECRET PART NUMBERS
My cousin has a Hotpoint tumble dryer model number TCM580P. She is endeavouring to get a spare tray which requires a handle. On asking Hotpoint for the part number for the handle she was informed ‘sorry, we cannot give out part numbers’! Obviously a State secret. Absolutely ludicrous.
Be interested to hear what Hotpoint have to say!
