I received my order today
I received my order today, a week after ordering. When it came it was in a white padded envelope, but when I opened the envelope the element wasn't in a sealed bag. There is no proof that this is a new Hotpoint part. I think I should be refunded.

Good price. Postage to the Highlands was quick and efficient as this company uses Parcelforce which is a real added bonus as many other couriers charge extra for up here so big thumbs up.
