From our first contact we were impressed with the friendly professionalism of the team from Hoults. All our questions about the quote from Stephen were answered quickly and any worries we had were calmed. Booking was taken care of by Megan, who could not have been more helpful explaining the process. The team of Andy, Dave and Sean could not have been better and are an asset to the firm. On time, friendly, professional, caring of our items and hard working on both days. they made a stressful event as easy as it could possibly be for us. I cannot praise them enough. I would definitely recommend Hoults.

The guys went out of there way to make sure my unusual shaped chair got in a very small door frame, I was very worried about it, and they did it as well as a smooth seamless move

The 2 removals men who moved our furniture into storage were punctual, helpful and friendly

I'd moved close to Christmas in 2020 and used a small company with mixed results.

This time I moved from North Shields to Whitley Bay, by reputation and recommendation I sought a quote from Hoults Removals to help make the process less stressful.

> The friendly and smartly dressed surveyor attended on time to assess the move; all of my questions were covered and details noted.

> Megan and Euan in the office provided paperwork promptly and answered all follow up questions.

> The day before, my move manager called to discuss logistics - the time the team would arrive and if there was anything they needed to be aware of to update my move plan.
(It snowed that week and on the day so safety was a concern.)

> The moving team (Andy and Michael) arrived on time and very well prepared with floor protection, packing equipment and manual handling kit.

They were respectful of my two nervous cats, who were being kept safe in the spare room, and ensured they didn't enter.

They handled the loading and offloading of my possessions professionally, carefully, efficiently and with courtesy.

They tidied and cleared their rubbish at the end of the day.

I found the entire process with Hoults went very smoothly, from getting a quote to arranging a date to removal day itself - everyone very professional, helpful and friendly

The removal men were fantastic, they told us to relax and they would take care of everything and they did.
The workers were quick, very careful with all of our things, managed to fit everything through the doors without any damage - even a large sofa that looked like it wasn't going to fit!
Polite and courteous and everything was put in the new house where we wanted it. It wasn't a bother for them to shift something if it wasn't quite right and they even put the bed back together and mattress on top.
Great service and worth every penny.

Hoults recently moved us into our new home in Corbridge following our relocation 'back home' from a number of years in the south. Michael, Andy, Shaun and Paul did a great job for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.

Excellent service from Hoults from start to finish. S special mention to Megan in the office and Andy who drove 350 miles with our possessions and even though he was exhausted at the end of the day made sure the beds were assembled and all our goods had been unloaded

Moving home is one of the most stressful things you can do… I have done it twice in as many years and the guys from Hoults have made it as bearable and hassle free as I imagine it could ever be.
The whole team were professional, polite, helpful and completely understanding of how stressful the situation can be. They always go the extra mile and nothing ever flusters them. They moved everything from pool tables, to Peloton machines they had never even seen before. Dismantled and reassembled at the other end with haste. The team was managed by Andy S (both times) and the man is phenomenal at his job. They all are.

It’s an expensive service but you absolutely get what you pay for. Top class. Will use again if I have to…(but hopefully never as I don’t want to move anymore!)

Amazing service from start to finish. Great mix of technology, customer service and Andy and the gang worked incredibly hard to make the process really smooth. Especially tough as the two days that I moved were really hot but they were pleasant and helpful at all times.
