Damaged packaging
The delivery was lovely and quick but when opened all the packaging was damaged. Considering this was a Xmas present quite disappointing.

More care when handling the product
Delivery was very quick and love the bottle! So thank you a lot! However the cage was in not good shape, squashed in one corner and one side was bent it looks as it was bashed. I intended the product as a present, unfortunately looks not very presentable due to damage of the cage. It was disappointing. Hence only 3 stars..

Quick and easy system to use and delivery very prompt. One star lost because I had to ask for a VAT receipt rather then being sent one automatically, but when I did ask it arrived very quickly.
