Fantastic Service and Quality Products:

I recently purchased some alcohol from House of Spirits, and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with their service.

First of all, the selection of products available on their website was fantastic. They had a wide range of options for different types of alcohol, as well as different brands and price points. I was able to easily find exactly what I was looking for and more.

The ordering process was also very straightforward. I had no issues with payment or delivery, and my order arrived within the expected time frame. The packaging was very secure and everything arrived in perfect condition.

But what really stood out to me was the quality of the products themselves. I was blown away by the taste and overall quality of the alcohol I received. I felt like I was truly getting my money's worth, and the experience was definitely worth it.

Overall, I would highly recommend House of Spirits to anyone looking to purchase alcohol. Their selection, service, and quality are all top-notch, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

aside from DPD delivery issue (which i…

aside from DPD delivery issue (which i see has happened to a couple of other customers) the issue was resolved very quickly. A duplicate order was dispatched the same day and i received it the next.
Also great to find an item which i found impossible to get on the high street.

I honestly can’t fault House of…

I honestly can’t fault House of Spirits! When DPD messed up, and I mean they played a game of do/do not deliver for almost three weeks, a replacement bottle was sent out the same day I reached out (28th Feb). When the missing bottle arrived, almost 3 weeks later,I reached out and offered to return it and was kindly told not to worry.
The customer service is actually above and beyond, I was getting replies mid evening trying to sort my issue and on a Sunday, and it felt personal… spelling my name right is always a good start!
Honestly, had I had no issues with my order, I’d probably have considered going back but after the impeccable customer service, I definitely will.
