Great service, ordered a pregnancy pillow for my girlfriend with express delivery and although it was just after 5 when i ordered and the shop was closed for the weekend, the order got processed and shipped out on Sunday and received it on the Tuesday with the Christmas period, great product and would certainly order again

Ordered an item two weeks ago and was on the assumption it would take 4 to 6 working days to arrive. Two weeks later and I had not received my item. Had to contact customer service more than once to get any kind of follow up, they were blunt and put full blame on the delivery service. Very disappointed and won't be ordering anything from here again.

Ordering my product (12ft pregnancy pillow) was easy and I had tracking details detailing my delivery all along the journey. I did contact House of Decor regarding a question and had a favourable response from them.

As a side note - the pregnancy pillow was to help me sleep after an operation which requires me to sleep on my back and I found it amazing and will sleep with the pillow for ever as it is very comforting and should be marketed for people suffering bereavement also.

Like so many others here, I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. I bought two damask duvet sets which weren't exactly cheap, and after only two months use, the cord trim is unravelling not just on one set, but on both.

I've previously had an email to them ignored, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a genuine oversight. However the same thing has happened again. I even sent a photograph to illustrate the problem and I've been completely ignored for the second time. Inferior quality goods, and absolutely nonexistent customer service.

My honest opinion is that they're incredibly arrogant and treat customers with contempt unless they're actually in the process of handing money over. Definitely a company to avoid.

I ordered a U pillow and 4xduck feather pillows for an upcoming surgery. The U pillow arrived quickly, within 2 days. I'm now still waiting for the other 4 pillows and my surgery is today.

My advice is to choose another company and don't be fooled by their cheap prices, you get what you pay for:
1) They have no customer service line. You can only contact them by email and they do not fulfill orders quickly
2) There is no managing expectations. All I see when I look at my order status is "Partially Delivered", which doesn't tell me anything

The site is very user friendly, the deals are good and the quality of the products is even better! Couldn't recommend more.

Great company. I had a small problem with an order and they were very quick to sort it out to my satisfaction. I bought two bed bolsters from them. Service was quick. Arrived bang on time. No complaints. Would reccomend to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier about House of Decor! The way they dealt with my order was outstanding. I purchased a u pillow for my pregnant daughter. The parcel came in good time and was packaged well. When putting on the pillow case the clasp came off and it was clear the case was faulty. I emailed House of Decor and attached a photo. I was replied to within minutes and offered a more expensive pillowcase of my colour choice to make up for the mistake. The replacement case arrived a few days later and the lady who emailed me was a very pleasant member of the team. I will be shopping here again. 👍🏼

i have had a few pillows from different places in the past but none like this. Perfect shape and size for me, i am only little but i do love a over sized pillow.
Super fast delivery and i was kept updated when it would arrive.

Do not order from this company! They’re quick to take your money but not so quick to send the orders out. 4 weeks after ordering, and still not received I’ve contacted them for the 3rd time only to receive an email of abuse. They have become aggressive when asked when I might receive my order. The person responding is quite clearly a hormonal teenager with an attitude problem and this company doesn’t seem to bothered about their reputation. They’re more interested in having an argument then resolving the situation. Please avoid this company

I CHASED THEM BY EMAIL EXPLAINING THIS AND THEY REPLIED WITH SAYING THEY WILL CHECK MY TRACKING INFORMATION AND GET BACK TO ME. NO APOLOGIES. THEY HAVENT GOT BACK TO ME EVEN AFTER ME CHASING THEM ANOTHER TWO TIMES! CANT EVEN FIND A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THEM! WISH I'D LOOKED INTO THIS ROGUE TRADING COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM!

placed an order on the 8th of july its now the 31st of july and we still have not received our item we have tried to contact them twice and still no reply. item was supposed to be dispatched on the 10th they have taken the money out of our account and have not given us the item. Decided to look at other reviews and to my surprise this seems to be a regular occurrence. awful stay clear!! will be contacting our bank.

I suffer from severe arthritic conditions alongside nerve damage, and until discovering House Of Decor, I had to rely solely on numerous pillows for support either on my specialised electric chair or bed as am primarily housebound. However, the pillows would move out of support position regularly and more often than not end up on the floor.

The House Of Decor U pillow, that I came across by accident really has solved all these issues as is an all in one piece.

To start with, it has a wonderful curved top end which supports both my head and neck and thus allows me to move my head/neck into different positions without the fear of the pillow falling to the floor. Then as we move down the U Pillow, its amazingly supportive sides, can easily be manouvered into supporting the spine, hips, knees and feet. Basically wherever your problem areas are.

I recently ordered an air fryer for my daughter for Mother’s Day. Thought that it was in the process of being sent, but when I checked my order they had canceled that because the shipping address and the billing address were not the same. It was a gift being sent out of state. Instead of notifying me and we fixing this problem they just canceled the order. It makes absolutely no sense. I decided to go with Amazon instead and received excellent service and notifications the entire way. Their idea of support is just a bunch of nonsense. Do not do business with them. Because you cannot reach a live Person to resolve your issues.

My order has arrived in good time (more than I can say for the Rotal Mail on a separate order placed in the same day!). A small section of the stitching on the pliiowcase, that came with the bolster pillow, had ‘come away’ and I sent an email describing the fault and offered to send a photo.
I received a reply the same day with confirmation that a replacement was in the post. Fabulous customer service!
I’m very happy with the product and the white pillowcase is a ‘crisp’ white (rather than off-white). It’s a perfect partner to my existing pillowcases, and furs perfectly on my super king size bed (another concern I had whilst placing the order).
Definitely recommend this company and it’s products!

This is the email I was sent BEFORE receiving my duvet which actually never arrived!!! So here’s my review. 1* NEVER demand a review from people. If your products are to the quality advertised then you shoulden’t need to ask for a review.

I bought a long pregnancy pillow from here and it was the best thing for me- helped my back pain, helped me to sleep better and was so comfortable. Would really recommend and really good value for money.

I bought a 36 inch bolster and pillowcase and couldn't understand why a 48 inch bolster and 36 inch pillowcase arrived. I contacted them and they immediately called and explained that it was so that I could squash the pillow up for a firmer feel. I asked for a swap of pillowcases as I actually prefer the 48 inch version and they were very happy to oblige and very helpful.

Excellent customer service department had a quick response to my email.

The pillow is perfect. I bought it for my daughter who is expecting her first baby. It should see her right through her pregnancy and be useful after. Very impressed with the quality and there is no skimping on filling. It arrived promptly and was well packaged.
