My experience was great from start to finish. Low price for what I ordered (cot bed duvet and pillow) and quality seems good. My order didn’t go through straight away due to issues with my paypal, but the customer service rep was very communicative and helpful.

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!!!! Please avoid if you value your money!!!! Bought a few items.... waited 14 days!!!! Still nothing!!! So emailed them.... NO REPLY!!!! .... called got through to what sounded like a one man band who really wasn’t fazed said they will get back to me! NOTHING STILL!!! So emailed again finalked got a reply.... wait for it.... JUST SAYS EMAIL THESE with an email address!!! What on earth!!!! Any way done that too.... SUPRISE SUPRISE NO REPLY!!! Will contact my bank tomo as this is disgusting.l clearly taking money for no goods!!!

I’ve not received my item and asked fior a refund and still 21 days later no refund and can’t get hold of them .. got 1 email saying call this number that no one answered.. tried several times calling the number just after 3 hours of trying someone answered and said they don’t have a clue what I’m on about .. I’ve emailed 18 times and only had one reply ..
I will now be contacting my bank to let them sort this mess out ..

Ordered a duvet, took a while to arrive and finally when it did. Doesn’t match the picture on the site so I have been chasing customer service for a refund. Emailed and got sent a very basic reply of call a number and that number just rings no answer, Finally when someone answered on the other end they didn’t have a clue. I asked if this was house of decor and they said No 🤦‍♀️!!. So I put the phone down got a call back from the same number and then explained the situation and the lady didn’t have a clue. I couldn’t really understand her and she was suppose to call me back. I have emailed 4 times and keep being told to call that number where they don’t have a clue. Such a shame and waste of money. Don’t not buy as the service is crap

Extremely happy with the product quality, exactly like the picture in the add, and worth more money than I paid for them ,as I ordered two. And am over the moon with them. And found contact with the seller very easy.

Duvet cover looked nothing like the picture. Customer service wouldn’t return my emails. Regret my purchase with them.

Absolutely hopeless.

I ordered three single duvet covers and the order confirmation was accurate, showing my billing address and shipping address. They sent it to the billing address which is 130 miles away (including a ferry journey) so the suggestion of 'well can't you just go and pick it up' was not especially helpful.

The lady on the other end of the phone then tried to blame the couriers before finally agreeing they had made a mistake and promised to send a new order.

When it arrived, there were only two duvet covers. My call to complain wasn't returned and I've just discovered that they have credited me for one of the covers. So I have three beds ready for the grandchildren to visit, but only two of them are made up.

Really poor attention to detail and lack of customer service.

I ordered some bedding but found the colour didn’t match and not what I was looking for so I returned them. It has been over 6 weeks and nothing. I have emailed and called but nothing. Absolutely appalled at the level of service. £42 I paid and so I will be contacting PayPal to take this up with them.

Spent £167 on bedding from House of Decor. None of the 10 single duvet covers fasten. All of the pop fastenings do not function. Have contacted House of Decor twice to ask how they would compensate for this but have not replied. Hugely disappointed and will never use again.

excellent service from the team there. I had an issue with their chosen Courier Hermes (dont touch Hermes with a barge pole if you can help it) and they immediately rectified and supplied me with a replacement the next day. Would definitely use again. Oh, and the product is top notch too!

I bought the peacock feather super king duvet set. It is beautifully soft and comfortable to sleep under. The delivery was a little slow but product is absolutely brilliant. Very happy.

Excellent service and very swift delivery. Absolutely will use House of Decor again and I will be recommending them to those I know.

Delivery via Hernes went astray (eventually going back to retailer) but customer services addressed the problem immediately and dispatched a replacement, and used Royal Mail. Very polite and helpful team.

Satisfied in the end! Initially a delay with dispatching my item but they did sort this out by dispatching the item a second time using a faster delivery method when I called to advise I needed the product before Xmas. Bought a pregnancy pillow for a friend and she's very happy with it!

Incorrect item sent but after a bit of time they sorted it out and sent the right item - and we were able to keep incorrect item rather than have to send it back which was very helpful

Worst service you will ever get from a company. Placed order before Xmas Been trying to get hold of them for my delivery been promised delivery on Tuesday still no delivery. Been emailing them with one reply saying sorry for delay. Stay well away from this cow boy company I'm still trying to get a refund. They will ignore this just like every paying customer.

Sorted problem with delivery fast and cannot fault goods or customer service. Well pleased. Would definately purchase again.
