Appalling company. Placed an order on the 12th December in time for Christmas. Kept chasing them and finally told on the 20th that my order has been dispatched on a Next Day service. Nothing arrived so rang again on the 22nd, to be told it was being dispatched that day and they would email a tracking number. An email arrived however the tracking number is useless as it is not recognised by Royal Mail and it is possibly from their receipt. Regardless, there is no way of tracking it. The company will not answer the phone and do not appear to be responding to the voice messages, they also don't respond to emails.

Another rip off site. If you look up their company records, the Ltd company is dormant. I think the majority of us know the reasons behind this?????.

I had an acceptable experience with some frications because l was left in the dark for days for lack of information from house of decor after l called that my order has not been shipped and after l got an email saying my order has been updated.

There was no information on the day of delivery neither was l able to get hold of customer services after Hermes world said my parcel has not reached them, that l should contact house of decor for an update on shipment of my parcel

I had resign to the fate that l was not going to get my orders delivered because house of decor was neither picking my calls (but only voice mechines) nor calling me for answers about the whereabout of my orders

I do not think this was a good way of dealing with customers . But all the same it was great that l finally got my parcels

Love the items I received, good customer service lady was nice and friendly on the phones. Even though there was a delay with the pregnancy pillow the issue was resolved immediately

Would defo recommend the store

Ordered stuff from house of Decor.

Wife ordered some things a few weeks ago now and still not received items, rang then and spoke to a lady who couldn’t give a hoot and have been told is on its way. I just know it’s not going to arrive in time for Xmas. I love these companies who are quite happy to take your money but don’t seem to want to part with goods. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Very easy to order the set on line which arrived quickly. The duvet and pillow set were as described and my daughter who is horsey mad loved it.

Item not delivered. Rang house of decor to chase up. Told the item was out of stock. Asked why they did not notify me of this (it was a gift needed by a certain date hence ordering well in advance). House of decor employee rude and defensive said they were too busy, was blatant BS. Could not tell me the manager’s name, was rude to me about that but said he would call me back - of course he hasn’t! Feel like this is a dodgy company from their awful customer service and their ability to take your money without further communication if they can’t deliver on what you’ve paid for. Oh and apparently the item was suddenly back in stock but they would just get to me in due course and wouldn’t be able to offer a speedy delivery. Requested a refund as don’t feel I can trust them. Sad I don’t have a gift for the person now. Highly unrecommended.

Good service, quickly delivered. Quality of duvet cover excellent. Washes well, dries quickly and looks good. Very pleased with purchase, would buy again

I ordered the pregnancy Pillow for my pregnant wife as a surprise and she LOVES it! It was delivered on time. My wife says that it is very comfortable whilst also being nice and big so she really can get wrapped up in it. Thank you, and I will recommend you to friends and family. Many thanks

I ordered the pregnancy pillow and case and it is ridiculously comfortable! It's the one that feels like down stuffing.
I ripped the original pillow case, and as I was unable to order a replacement, house of decor kindly sent our a replacement at no extra charge!

I bought a rabbit friends duvet cover from the company.I bought it for a birthday gift. I called the customer service and requested them to send the duvet by next day delivery.Customer service were good in managing that for me.I received the duvet next day.Also duvet is really amazing.I would recommend the company.

I Ordered a couple of sets of Duvet covers and pillow cases.
Slight blemish on one. Not their fault as hidden from view.
Must have been manufacturing process.
Contacted company.
Immediate response.
New set arrived today.

ordered custom shakespeare bedding, duvet design cover was great, great colour + material, and arrived quickly

Ordered a couple of v cushions two weeks ago.
The delivery is a bit late, however customer services manager resolved all the issues very effectively.
I would recommend the company.

What a wonderful selection of duvet covers. It was difficult to decide! I had not heard of "microfibre" material, but was sent a sample by return. Excellent service. I was able to feel it, wash it and iron it. It is a beautiful material. I have not rated 5 stars as I have only just ordered my duvet set. I will post another review when my order arrives.

Order now arrived. Amazing colours. So delighted. However, beware!!! The material is joined 3/4 of the way up the duvet. There is a seam across the cover. Did think of returning product, but I know there is nothing like this elswhere, so I'm keeping it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a cushion on the 26th of July 2017. Around 2 weeks later, I received the wrong cover. I didn't mind so much, mistakes happen. I was assured my original order would be sent out that day. It is now September and I still have not received the cushion that I ordered. I have emailed a few times and each time I receive a 'It will be dispatched now' reply. Absolute nonsense. I am so disappointed and will not be recommending this website to anyone.

There was a problem with an order I placed where my computer helpfully auto-filled the wrong first line of the delivery address in. House of Decor were very helpful in resolving the situation and the replacement pillow came quickly.

I ordered a pregnancy support pillow from them, the courier said they delivered it, but left it in an unspecified garage. Needless to say the item was lost, I emailed houseofdecor 4 times and got the same response, "item delivered" I got increasingly frustrated because each time I explained what was going going they didn't seem to care.. I got a refund in the end. As a "gesture of good will"
