POOR QUALITY FITTINGS
I purchased a matt black bathroom sink plug unit from ENKI. On opening box some of the black paint scratched off so I don't have much confidence in it lasting long once installed. Good price but cheap quality.

Great service and communication but need more information on descriptions of items.
One of the items was perfect. Unfortunately the other was not suitable as an important piece of information was not in the description. However communication was great and I have returned the item for a refund. It was not a free return so that has meant I have lost out financially which is a little annoying.
