Just what I needed & fast delivery
I ordered a thermostatic bath/shower mixer tap about midday on Saturday and it arrived perhaps 175 miles away late Sunday morning.
I’m pleased with the product and impressed with the speed of delivery, especially given that this was well into a weekend shortly before Christmas and there are postal strikes going on.

Superb customer service experience
I would like to say thank you and acknowledge the high standard of customer service from this company. I order a shower and bath tap set from them. Unfortunately there was a fault with the taps. Their communication was flawless, incredibly understanding and polite. I was offered a refund on the taps upon returning them. I kept the shower part. This refund has been issued on the day that the taps arrived back with them. Understandably, sometimes mass produced products are faulty, and I was unlucky that mine was one of them. Thank you House of Enki, I will absolutely order from you again.
