Excellent care
I have been a patient for many years and the service is always excellent. My appointment was for wax removal and the procedure was carried out painlessly with great care. All staff and clinicians were extremely professional and courteous.

I was seen on time, The Hearing Consultant was fully aware of my needs and had done preparatory work to ensure that my spare hearing aids worked as they should.
I have used this company for nearly 20 years and the different staff I have seen over this time have always been excellent

An excellent service …
The House of Hearing receptionist was very welcoming, polite and efficient. The young woman that treated my blocked ears was very informative and explained the procedure perfectly. The procedure was completely painless, quick and clean. The facilities are very good. I tell all my friends that have ear/hearing problems to go to The House of Hearing.

Outstanding service and aftercare
The team at Hamilton were tremendous. They went out of their way to help my housebound elderly mother when she developed problems with her hearing aids.
After months of hearing decline we were convinced nothing could be done as my mother was unable to attend the hearing clinic in person. However I was advised to take her hearing aids along to the audiologist who managed to completely restore their function . My mother is absolutely over the moon as she is now able to hear as clearly with her hearing aids as when she first bought them.

Excellent service
I was very impressed with the service I received at the House of hearing Alderley Edge clinic. They were so welcoming, friendly & reassuring. I had wax removed from my left ear by Micro suction. Kim was brilliant & removed it all. Now I can hear properly again!
