Went in to Housetrip to book a particular property in Wells, Somerset. It was showing £990 for a week in late September, all other websites quoting £519!

topnotch & easy experience renting apartment in Venice
Located an apartment in Venice through HouseTrip. Top notch experience. I thought I was searching airbnb but ended up with HouseTrip. Easy to book the apartment, good communication with he owners throughout and they met us at the train station. It was a perfect way to rent a wonderful place.

Mediocre
Aftering having spoken with the host of the appartment I found out that the appartement description was misleading and innacurate. When I informed HouseTrip about this, 3 days before my arrival, I didn't receive any feedback except for an email informing me that my remarks were taken into consideration.
