HSL Chairs - Letchworth Reviews 

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Michele listened to what we wanted, took us through the measuring up process and then took us round a wide variety of options. We were able to decide what was right for each of us before agreeing on which style of furniture was right for us individually. We were then able to decide on the fabric we wanted from a very wide range of options.
While all this was going on other members of staff gave us tea and coffee as well as bringing the fabric samples when required. After completing our purchase, Michele explained what would be happening next, along with timescales etc.
We would highly recommend everything about the Letchworth Branch

Visited the HSL Letchworth store and was greeted by Donella who gave us information and advice immediately on entering then left us to our own devices to view the chairs on display. When asked questions Donella was very helpful and at no time was she ‘pushing for a sale’ as some stores do. After taking our time we decided to purchase two chairs and Donella was there to assist with our purchase. Would recommend visiting this store.

Visited your Letchworth store on the 29/6/2026. Found staff exceedingly helpful. Answered all my questions and I was able to place my order with confidence. Diane your Comfort Specialist went out of her way to be helpful. Hopefully delivery will be of the same high standard.

Very helpful lady called Diane helped us choose our new beds. We weren't rushed and we're encouraged to take our time to choose the right mattress. She made us feel very comfortable and her knowledge was amazing

Greeted at the door with a a friendly smile and a welcome. Diane at the Letchworth store explained how HSL worked offered us a drink and showed us around. When we found the chairs we liked she sat with us and gave us a quote. When we decided to buy them we went back. Diane then told us about the order and the cool off period, and delivery. We left happy.

They gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit. They were very welcoming and even held the door open for me. They knew their product

I would also like to recognise the delivery team, Jason and Ashley, who were outstanding. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and took great care when delivering and positioning the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They also took the time to explain how everything worked, which was extremely helpful.

From the showroom experience through to delivery, the customer service has been excellent. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

My mother is 82 and about to have a knee replacement. I took her to HSL Letchworth where she was treated like a duchess. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided my mother to the right reclining chair ready for when she has her op. I cannot fault HSL they were brilliant.

Diane was very helpful & polite, she did her best to help us choose a suitable colour match to our suite which we finally sorted & was very patient with us.

From the moment we entered the Letchworth showroom we were made to feel welcome and asked how Liz and her colleagues could help.
We explained what we'd like to see (armchairs) and after been offered a cup of coffee Liz was very patient with us as we were undecided about which chairs we preferred,she was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the attributes of all the chairs available.
Once we'd made our choice she went through the ordering and delivery details and gave a very good explanation of how things would proceed.
All of the staff we had contact with made us feel welcome and valued customers.

From the friendly welcome, the style of listening to our needs, the offering of designs and options, the 300 fabric choices and the explanation of the timing of the process of manufacture and delivery, the sales lady made our whole experience feel unhurried, stress free and enjoyable. Refreshing change to experience first rate customer service, especially after the time it took to locate suitable chairs for us that are both fit for purpose, comfortable and stylish. Whilst originally a pair were listed on the computer we were actually only able to secure one chair and foot stool but Liz and her colleagues were regularly checking when new stock available and we were able to shortly complete our order. We found the after sales and delivery workforce to be excellent with their timings and telephone conversations - well done HSL Letchworth

A wonderful store. We were offered refreshments on arrival. Diane was so helpful and nothing was toomuch trouble in answering all our questions. We were able to try out and sit in all the Chairs and was not pressured at all to purchase. Diane was extremely helpful with my purchase
