When I arrived at the Letchworth store I was greeted by Diane I was given information on HSL I then proceeded to tell her that I was looking for a new chair She tried several ones which was no trouble. we then decided on the right one with her expertise I was offered tea and biscuits and a nice sit in the chair I was so happy in my chair i bought a sofa as well thank you HSL for your helpful and caring staff

The staff were very helpful and they made you feel welcome and there was no pressure to buy.

My parents recently bought 2 arm chairs and a 3 seater sofa. Daniella was patient, kind and had a really understanding of their needs. Great service tailored to the needs of the elderly. Nothing was too much trouble and a great variety of options. Thank you for your kindness.

Diane in Letchworth Branch spent two hours with us making sure we had exactly the right sofa for my husband’s orthopaedic needs. She was knowledgeable and empathetic and couldn’t have done enough for us. Definitely recommend:)

Graham at Letchworth showrooms was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I wasn't rushed and was given time.

There was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch.
The whole experience was handled with great professionalism. All relevant features of the chair I was considering were presented in detail, and questions which I had were answered perfectly.
I had made my decision to purchase half way through our discussion because of the precise nature of Diane’s approach to highlighting all the chair’s features.
There was a very informative review of all the details which we had agreed and a very satisfactory conclusion to the purchase process.

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived and were offered coffee and biscuits. Michelle was particularly patient with my husband who has Alzheimer’s.
The ergonomics of HSL fireside chairs were carefully explained and we were able to try several different models. Once we had decided on a style we were shown a large range of patterns to choose from. The manufacturing process was explained so that we could appreciate the quality.
We were so pleased with the service and quality of the chairs that having gone to order one chair we ended up ordering two!

Having just completed an order for a new sofa with HSL Letchworth, may I say what a lovely sales experience we had. Our consultant Graham, real did stand out against others we meet during our search, at establishments which included big brand furnisher shops. True professionalism, curtesy, warmth with great product knowledge. I congratulate him on his listening and negotiation skills, and engaging with his management to put the deal together.
Made my task of ordering a simple one.

Liz introduced herself to us explai ing the whole set up with HSL. She was thoughtful and understanding on our requirements.
With all the chairs I tried she explained in detail how you adapted them to suit your requirements.

Although it took quite a while to purchase the bed, the staff were very efficient and helpful. We have had furniture from HSL in the past and the same high standard continues.

All of the staff at HSL have been very hepful in both the selection of our furniture and its deliver and installation.
A special mention should go to Denise in the Letchworth showroom, who spent a long time helping us decide on the furniture and fabric we wanted.
Special mention also to the delivery men James and Pete, who not only installed everything efficiently but also carried our old sofa out into the garage for disposal later that day.

Old fashioned customer service from Diane, with no pressure to make a quick sale. Knowledgeable staff able to steer you right. Very patient on choosing fabrics and helpful in getting samples to aide choice as feeling is as important as how it looks.

I am 91 and have mobility problems. Following a recent fall I decided I needed a new bed to get in easily and sleep comfortably. After our son had arranged a viewing of your HSL adjustable beds, with Liz she had prepared two beds for me to try, standard and wallhugger with gold and platinum mattresses and with cord and radio hand controls. I was able to experience all these alternatives in a relaxed manner and Liz was most helpful in dealing with all my queries and in reaching a conclusion.

We went to HSL in Letchworth and was greeted by Diane at the door, offered tea or coffee and told to make ourselves comfortable. She talked us through all our requests. We went back twice and talked more, finally chosen the perfect three piece suit, can’t wait to receive it.

We were warmly welcomed by Donella at Letchworth and were given some really helpful information about riser recliners. In the end, with the really good offers we decided to buy a 3 seater sofa and fixed chair in addition to the riser recliner. We made three visits in total and Donella was very patient with us each time, ensuring we were happy with our choices.
