Good honest customer care, simple as that👍.

We bought our chairs from the Nottingham branch which is a lovely showroom staffed with very nice, very knowledgeable, helpful people that listened patiently to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Our selection of chairs were delivered in the time that we were told. The delivery team called us when they were enroute and arrived almost to the minute from what they said. The two gents delivering were courteous, pleasant, very respectful, and made sure that we were happy with what they delivered.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from the manager and client consultant (David) at the Bramcote HSL shop. They both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable in the shopping experience. I needed specific chair requirements for my health condition. I need not have worried. David’s knowledge and customer service skills were exceptional. I felt my needs were listened to and I was guided through the options suitable for me. I was extremely happy with the eventual chair I tested and chose. I could not have made that choice at all without David’s expert guidance.

Staff in the store were helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The delivery drivers, Paul and Paul, were friendly, very careful and extremely helpful. I’m very happy with my new chair and bed.

The staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and clearly very knowledgeable on the Company products. We were happy to purchase several items and look forward to their delivery in a few weeks.

We have purchased 2 pieces of furniture from HSL and it was our experience on the first visit that made us return. Gillian was the first member of staff at Nottingham that we met, absolutely lovely, we needed a chair that helped with mobility and she knew what size chair would be needed and took us to the perfect fit the first time, no pushiness, no trying to get us to buy, she just listened to what we needed/wanted and helped with information to help us choose. Delivery was quoted 6/8 weeks, it arrived in 3.5 weeks. The delivery gentleman was lovely too, set up the chair and showed us how to use it, polite, kind and respectful. The above made us go back a week or so ago and order a new sofa, Emma was the lady we met then and all of the above was the same. Great service from start to finish.

Absolutely great service from visiting the show room to delivery. Everything was handled very professionally. We were kept informed along the way. Really happy with Ian and Paul who delivered my chair. They were right on time. Would unreservedly recommend this company

We were made very welcome in the Nottingham showroom. We were able to try out all the chairs with no pressure and even given a cuppa and biscuits.
Chairs are expensive but are top quality and very comfortable and, important for me, supportive of the back and neck.

Brilliant service very helpful

I was given expert advice on all varies features of the furniture.Also l knew what l was paying for. Not rushed Emma the sales person went into a lot of detail and l am more than happy with my choice and look forward to the delivery of my chair. Thankyou Emma. Ann

All staff very friendly and helpful especially Susan who was terrific with our disabled son. Great customer service and quick delivery. We will be back again in the near future. Well done team.

Good atmosphere in show room and not pestered to bye ,pleasant staff.

The Saleslady was excellent with her knowledge about the product and answered every question we had with expertise and clarity

I just wanted to share some positive feedback following a visit from Emma and a lovely gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) to my mother’s home at St Elphin’s, Darley Dale.

They were both extremely polite and friendly, and it was clear they had a vast amount of knowledge and genuine respect for my mother’s illness and individual needs. They approached everything with such sensitivity and professionalism, which was greatly appreciated by our family.

They also spoke very passionately about the company they work for, particularly about how committed it is to supporting its employees and ensuring they feel valued and happy in their roles. That dedication really came across and gave us a lot of confidence.

It was a very reassuring and positive experience overall — please do pass on our thanks.

Was not expecting the rep,(Sheonagh) to arrive with a colleague who carried in a chair for me to see and try out before placing my order. But having dealt with HSL previously should have known better.After being assured that the upholstery i already had on my current armchair was still available the order was placed. In other word an all round first class service. Thanks

HSL sofas are a premium product at a premium price point, and they have customer service to match. From the friendly and welcoming people in the Nottingham showroom, who knowledgeably answered all of our questions, to the professional and unobtrusive delivery team (Ian and Paul) who efficiently delivered the sofas on time and assembled them without any fuss.
These are the most comfortable and beautiful sofas I have owned and I couldn't be more pleased.
