We have and will continue to book with Huben Travel, as their professional, efficient and above all extremely caring, making sure all your needs are met.

This has been really appreciated, especially when travelling alone.

We have been using Huben travel for a couple of years now and Ben has been fantastic in arranging our visits to the Maldives and his advice and help has been invaluable. We have also use them to book cruises and again so helpful and knowledgeable which makes for a stress free experience.
They have many ideas for fantastic holidays and would not hesitate to recommend them. We will certainly be using their services again.

We recently booked our honeymoon to New Zealand through Huben Travel and it was a dream experience! From start to finish, Ben and Ashlie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. This company is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Ben, is so extremely helpful and nothing is a problem to him. The company go above and beyond and are always ready to help pretty much 24/7. An extremely efficient, well organised and very customer centric business- would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great holiday everything went smoothly from leaving home to returning. Ashlie found us the perfect accommodation flights and transfers, nothing was too much trouble for her.

What an amazing team at Huben Travel. Nothing is impossible. Changing hotel, dates or time of travel etc. - it's all done with a call/email. Ben and his team update and inform you before every important day and all documents are sent by email and post, along with luggage tags. Will definitely travel with them again.

Huben planned our special trip to lake Garda in July. We dealt with the lovely ashlie through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for her. I love the emails that you receive from huben as your holiday is getting closer, such a nice touch. When then received a lovely pack with everything we needed for our trip. Thank you for finding us the most perfect hotel & ensuring our holiday was everything we wanted it to be. We can’t wait to book our honeymoon with you!

This was a flight, hotel, cruise, flight organised by Huben. This was the first time we had used this company and we were so very impressed with them. We were on a waitlist for the cruise and with 10 days before it departed, we thought we would not be successful in getting a suite but then received the "Better start packing" email from Ben. Everything fell into place and the following day, we received a package with everything we needed including the printed boarding passes, the printed luggage label for the cruise, the hotel in Trieste and the private transfer information to and from the ports involved. This was a very thoughtful addition as we have often wondered how people without printers manage to put the labels the cruise lines ask guests to download and print themselves on their cases. Well done Huben.

The contact frequency from Huben is exemplary. One feels that no issue would be too small to ask for guidance but with the details sent, there was no need for further questions.

We have already booked another cruise with Huben so not only would we consider using them again, we already have. They are a joy to work with. Thank you!

After seeing the name mentioned in a trip advisor review, I did some research and decided to call. From the first moment that Ben answered I knew I had made the right decision.
We were looking to go to Mauritius for the first time and from speaking with Ben. He made some recommendations.

As their website says, they go the extra bit and they sure do. They always respond so quickly whether it’s via a call or email.

Then as you get close to holiday you hear from Ashlie, to arrange anything for the hotel, like restaurant bookings or trips.

Ben will give you WhatsApp number so that you can contact if any issues and checks in if everything’s ok on arrival.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and of course would be happy to use again.

On arrival back in the UK my luggage was missing and the best response from BA was 'we don't recognise the reference and have you got an air-tag?'

Thank god for Ben and Hugh - my working hours are manic and didn't have time to deal with the muppets at BA. It took 6 days to finally get some sense from BA and Huben were amazing, even calling me on Saturday morning when they were off on holiday themselves to give me updates on what was happening and finally my luggage was delivered to my home. 100% worth using their services - complete peace of mind and lovely to deal with actual human beings - trying to get through to any of the airlines is a nightmare.

After bumping into Ben during a recent cruise where the concierge was unable (or unwilling?) to help with in some arrangements Ben leapt into action and sorted out our requirements even though he was on holiday himself and going above and beyond in checking with us throughout the following couple of days until we were on our flight home.
He also contacted me to ensure that everything had gone smoothly throughout. Couldn’t wish for a better service.
Examples of this were where he arranged a Teams meeting as we are 2 couples visiting New York post cruise next year and as he is familiar with NY he was happy to advise us on all things “Big Apple” related!
We have now sent further business Huben’s way and will do so in the future for any further travel arrangements we may have.
Any queries we have had we have been able to WhatsApp a quick message and Ben has responded very quickly with an answer, or a “will find out” response.

Our experience of Huben after a very strong recommendation from personal friends, was a pretty much perfect. I explained to Ben that I wanted something special for a big anniversary, gave him a budget and a few ideas. Within days he had come up with what looked like a perfect solution in the Seychelles and bang on budget. He and the team sorted the booking, sent us timely reminders and useful information until flight date and sorted the required Visas. When we got to the hotel our room was decorated, there were anniversary and greetings cards from Huben and the hotel, a bottle of champagne on ice, a platter of local fruit and a box of chocolates, and sure enough a WhatsApp message to make sure the flights and transfers had been smooth and everything was OK at the hotel. Huben sent another WA check midstay and again when we got home. It really was a perfect example of personal customer service for which the team at Huben are to be congratulated, commended and recommended.

We have booked two lengthy trips with Huben Travel from starting our travel plans Ben & Ashlie advised in depth the best routes & put together amazing itineraries which resulted in fantastic & memorable trips. Ashlie was always at the end of the phone, even checking in on us on route! Fabulous service & will definitely be using Huben for any up & coming trips.

Absolutely amazing guys. They sort everything out for you including visas and checking in for flights. You can ask them anything while you are away or get them to book something extra and they get back to you so quick. It’s so easy and hassle free to book with them and like having your own concierge service. We’ve used them twice for two major holidays and will not use anyone else for the next one! The team at Huben took meticulous care to make sure our holiday covered exactly what we wanted. They were also on hand almost instantly (despite the time difference and dodgey Wi-Fi!) to help us with any niggles that occurred during our trip. Ben helped us out with a port to hotel and a hotel to airport transfer whilst he was on his own holiday, definitely going above and beyond with his customer service skills! We shall definitely use Huben travel for our next travel adventures. An exceptional and excellent service!

Many thanks to Ben and the team at Huben for helping me organise a special holiday in the Maldives. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I had already been recommended and therefore chosen the island of Kuramathi, but I had many questions regarding how to get there, with whom to fly, in what accommodation to stay, and what dining & drinks package to select. Ben patiently talked me through all the options, offering his extensive experience of how to get the most out of the holiday. Their excellent customer service is best demonstrated by all the personal touches: the email 2 days before the holiday enquiring if there are any last-minute questions or requests, their WhatsApp communications during the holiday, their genuine interest and desire for you to have the best holiday possible. It was all very much appreciated, and I will certainly be using them again!
