Easy to order items that you already know the item number for but a bit more difficult than it should be to find a new item.

I really like the quality and selection of products they have. My issue is with Shipping pricing. I purchased a decorating bag for $3.99. It came in a padded envelope and was charged $18 for shipping. I also was able to get a product Hubert makes but purchased it through Amazon because after shipping was included each of my 6 items were $13 less a piece through Amazon (even though the product shipped to us directly from Hubert).

Chessi provides great insight and answers all questions with many different ideas and options. She quickly responds to phone calls and requests for information.

Quick delivery - no issues! Anxious to start using product.

Recently purchased 2 bakery cases, product received was below expectation, considering overpriced with the quality you get, was a bit disappointed and thought would have to absorb the cost of broken/crack item.
However, still try my luck by letting them know through email; get an email/phone back on the day itself, letting me know what they can do to help.

Customer service is excellent - friendly, response is quick and helpful; they do guarantee customer satisfaction, and accept full refund on damage item and freight on return item.

I will still shop and recommend Hubert.

I order through a corporate account for my store. There is always a product discount (not tied to volume discounts) and cheaper shipping cost after placing my order. I am very pleased with the lower cost, but it is a bit frustrating when shopping for better prices. I wish there was a clearer view of the corporate level discounts that are applied to these accounts. Other than that issue, the ordering system is excellent and easy to use. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful.

Asked for the order to be delayed. It was not and was sent order. This caused problems with our year ending financials as it was over 6K in orders.
