Bought a man cardigan for my sons…
Bought a man cardigan for my sons birthday and it was too big. Sent it back on the 11th June , tracked and they received it on the 13th. Have sent several emails, no reply. Contacted customers on the 18th who assured me I would receive my refund. It's now 27th still not refund, and no further replies from customer services. So not happy at all.

Customers cardigan has been fully refunded. The delay was due to the parcel not being received correctly even though the delivery had shown as complete
Returned item and won’t give refund
Returned my item to an address given by the company. Item was delivered over a week ago and still no refund. They are also ignoring my emails asking how long my refund will be. Don’t bother buying from this company.

Ordered my son a navy blue sleeveless jumper for part of his birthday... it's amazing quality and I know he'll love it. Hadn't bought from this company previously but will definitely be shopping here again should the need arise. Delivery was quick too. Definitely recommend!
