I have had cardigan's from Humble Pioneer before and I like them a lot. I bought another recently and unfortunately it had a broken seam on the cuff when I opened the package. I sent an email to customer services explaining the problem and asking for an exchange. My email was completely ignored and I will now have to pay to have the cardigan repaired before I can wear it. Their products are lovely but their customer service is very poor. I am so disappointed.

UPDATE: I did eventually hear from their Customer Service, in response to this review. And I did get a replacement cardigan. So, I have adjusted the star rating of this review accordingly.

The cardigan is very lovely and fits well, but it took a long time to he shipped.

Happy with the clothing and the delivery time, all received within a week

I didn't get any confirmation of item dispatched and my item has not arrived. 7 days after order placed and no update. I try contact customer service multiple times and no response.
Edit: So I was contacted and my order came some days after this review. The item was exactly how it was advertised, nice & soft and good quality. Just dissatisfied with their customer service and delivery timing.

I keep getting requests to review my experience with Humble Pioneer but I'm still waiting for my packages! I can understand that it's just after Christmas but if someone orders express delivery (#6944), it'd be nice to at least get some sort of confirmation that it is actually going to arrive. This is my first experience and it is naturally creating doubts for my use in the future. I have contacted customer service but am still waiting on a response.

**Update 24/1/25: I was finally contacted a day after this post and have to say that I am very pleased with how my problem was resolved. The packages arrived soon after customer care made contact with me and the actual product is a great fit and nice quality, just as it looks on the site. Despite the issues I had at the beginning with delivery and contact, I would actually shop here again overall!

Very pleased with my purchase - chunky knit wool/acrylic mix shawl collar cardigan. Exactly what I was looking for. Couple of small issues - seam on one cuff had come undone & a couple of the buttons came loose as the thread had not been tied off, but easy enough to fix. It's very warm & comfortable & delivery time was good.

I have sent 2 emails asking to return an item, but haven't received any response. Not very good customer service. I've checked my junk box so please don't suggest I check it.

Am still waiting for a reply from you about how to make a return for my order #6889. Have sent two emails this week and last but have had no reply as of yet.
