Amazing staff members, with incredible customer service

We visited The projectionist in Braehead Glasgow , where we probably received the worst customer service ever , we went in and picked a booth which someone had just left , i asked the lady if someone could clean the table for us , she said no pick another table and walked away, this was in front of other diners , i went over to bar and said to the girl if i could speak to manager which she said ill go get her , the same lady i spoke to first cane over and said she was manager , i asked her again if she could run a cloth over the table she said ive already told you no and to pick another table , i said i want a booth though she said well ive not got time and laughed in my face and walked away , this is got to be the worst customer service ever , no wonder the place was quiet at the weekend , this was our first visit and last , we left and ate somewhere else , avoid this place at all costs , if his is the attitude of the manager , i dredd to think what else is going on

Sarah and paige are exactly what hospitality needs. Full of smiles and make the end of the working day bearable. This would be my local if I lived in the area. Food is up there for pub food. Can't wait to get sent these ways again

My wife and I visited the Hooden Horse at Westwood cross today for lunch. I ordered the tedster burger, which was very nice. My wife ordered the mini mixed grill, which included an over cooked sausage which had a very hard skin, dry on the inside and also a very dry price of chicken breast, which she said didn’t seem to taste quite right. Needless to say, she didn’t eat the offending items. I raised a complaint at the bar and was given a half hearted apology, saying that this would be fed back to the kitchen staff, with no attempt to put things right. We have used the Hooden horse many times when shopping at Westwood cross, having not had a bad meal previously.

Staff are great at the super mare ,green king. Under the management of Irene and Jo , always a smile ,polite and great service. Food served quickly and always good. Recommended a must visit.

Called in this lunchtime to the new inn Langston. I went in with my daughter and 2 year old grand daughter. We took advantage of the 2 for £13 offer going for fish and chips and the mac and cheese and the little one had burger chips peas with the strawberries and waffles as a pudding. The food was what you would expect from this sort of establishment it was cheap and cheerful shall we say. It was all piping hot and well cooked. All was eaten we did have to help the little one with the chips and peas. But the thing that made it five star was the staff and service the interaction was stellar. we were really well looked after especially the 2 year old and this was about 4 staff members not one. Can I say we will go back for sure

Went there early morning for breakfast and it was very quick and very tasty really enjoyed it will be going there again

Hungry Horse Kent should be ashamed of themselves making the owners (and dog) of a well behaved larger dog leave because there were children in the play ground and a mother was scared. The larger dog was muzzled and well behaved, while a smaller dog there was loud and disruptive. This is information is from a post of a well followed larger dog breed owner who has written to the pub for 2 weeks without a reply. Shameful behavior.
