After several messages and two weeks passing, customer service have not responded with other than automated message saying that they will reply asap. 😒
I purchased a number of items from this store. I have tried to return some of them,completed online return form but return label was never sent to me. I have tried to contact them via messenger but had no response for 3 days now. I have now completed online form with request to contact, so let's see what happens. Either way this is poor customer service and I won't be buying again.
Quick and easy website, quality stuff, but slow response on customer service (four days) and rigid automated system (delivery address was default and not displayed during ordering, and I was unable to change after order confirmation).

They did’nt have my full order, so without informing me, they send only a part of my order. The customer service was polite but very hard to reach.
All in all there is room for inprovement :)

Ordered items on December 29th 2022. I went to the store January 6th to ask about it, because my order said finished in the app. No package, I was told to give it a week and then advised to call beforehand, so I didn't have to travel. I called the store about a week later, asked about the package again, no package. They told me to contact customer service. I was then told, after reaching out to customer service, that my package had been delivered to the store January 3th, and returned because I didn't pick it up within 10 days.
And they can't just re-send it, I have to order the items again, one isn't in stock and the sale price is no longer available.
And I have a feeling that if I didn't reach out, nothing would ever happen.
Friendly staff and easy to find product. Fits nicely and good quality

Ordered a christmas gift the 14. dec. not even shipped yet. Recieved an email where I was told that part of the set where not in stock, but the rest will be shipped. I only ordered stuff that where in stock. Why ship out 1/2 a set of underwear? Maybe to waste my time for returning the stuff again.. Very poor service.
Almost 2 weeks delivery time and when it finally arrived one item was missing as it was out of stock, despite the fact it was in stock according to the web site

On the order it was available, but when it came to delivery it was sold out - without notive. Now i have the trouble sending back the delivered items that matched the one missing.

You take a long time to deliver the item and you don't respond to my messages "email, chat, FB or messenger"
I only received 1 item out of two because you couldn’t deliver (the item was apparently SUDDENLY out of stock). But I have paid for both items. I’m never gonna buy on this website again!
