Ordered some sports bras which are supposed to give extra support to heavy chest. Well they don't. Not even in type 3. They are nice, and good design, but you cannot just "size up" a normal bra and expect it will "do the job" for a cup size G/H. You need a totally different approach to the "size challenge".

Ordered quite a handful of things that I payed for upon order, yet have never received. Tried to contact costumer services but they never got back to me. In conclusion, no products and no money back for my order. Very bad experience all together 😤
Hole on the trousers that I ordered online. But no response from customer service which I both emailed and called by the phone (waited in line for 20 min) I cant see why I would ever want to order anything from Hunkemöller again
Customer service is nice but not helpful at all. I bought a bra on sale online and went to the shop to receive it where I found out the bra was faulty (looked asymmetric as it had uneven straps in the front). The shop didn’t have it in the same size to replace it so I was asked to either return it or go to another store (very far away) if I wanted to change it. I also called the costumer service and they said the same thing, they wouldn’t order me another bra to the same store to replace the faulty bra and if I wanted to order another one it wouldn’t be the sale price even though it was their problem in the first place.
Being very honest doesn't always work with some companies!
I bought a few articles and very shortly after wearing a pair of stay up stocking, I found 2 holes in the material.
Very annoying as I was already dressed up and on the spot to go for dinner.
I removed them and later sent a mail to hunkemoller complaining about the bad quality & ask for a refund.
My request was rejected!
I didn't like that customer service attitude & returned my whole order, together with the said stocking.
The quality is quite low.
They claim to respond within 24 hours, when contacting support. I have sent them 3 mails in the matter of 2 weeks, and they still haven't replied. So pissed.
I received some underwear as a gift, but wanted a different color and therefore ordered the same style in another color online via the store in Esbjerg. Because it was originally bought on sale there was an additional cost. I have since experienced mistakes all the way around, both in the store and the customer service. It was supposed to be delivered to my address but when GLS tried, they didn't leave any note in the mailbox or sent anything to my phone or e-mail address. Therefore I didn't have a chance to pick it up, not knowing where it was, so it was returned. I've since called the customer service countless times trying to get a refund and unfortunately the people working there are so incompetent! I've tried being hung up while waiting in line. I've tried receiving the message "call again tomorrow". And when I finally managed to reach someone, who knew a little about what I'm supposed to do, I found out that Hunkemöller will only pay back some of the money? They will only pay back what was paid for the underwear the first time but not the extra cost paid due to buying the other color? All in all a terrible experience and I will not be ordering from there again and will spread the word to my family and friends. There's no reason for this happening again to someone else, when there are so many better places to order underwear from. Do not buy from Hunkemöller.
Really bad, it took lang time to arrive and the there was alarm on the bra, so now i can use it anyway or go down to the shop - but Id paid for delivery - so would have been the same!!!
Terrible online customer service. I have a lot of stuff from their stores, and one of the items was not in stock in my size so they offered to order it for me and send it to me home. With GLS.
GLS is absolutely terrible at delivering packages, claimed they tried to deliver it at a time when I was home, sent it to a pakkeshop 3km away, and did not even notify me of it. I found out days later after checking the tracking number. Then I go to the pakkeshop, they tell me the package is not even there (even though it was, I would find out later).
I try to contact Hunkemoller customer service, but only get a reply after 2 angry emails. And the reply is bland and not helpful either.
Do not order here online. Also their return policy is terrible as it only lets you return for store credit.
