Very bad customer service. Knife got lost by parcel force. And when I complained they said it was up to me to chase it up. Very rude and unhelpful. Gave up in the end Lost 180 quid.
Knife was a locking flipper so not sure if this caused problems. Parcelforce didn’t say so just told me it had gone missing and they were looking.
Someone at parcelforce pocketed a very nice knife on my coin. Don’t think they should be allowed to use the .co.uk very misleading I had no idea it was coming from abroad.

Like other reviewers, I also started getting fraudulent transactions on the card too- had to cancel it. Avoid these crooks.

People have said this is a scam site, at the very least I can guarantee it isn't. I've bought off them twice before and everything arrived eventually. The site's been up for at least 10 years that I know of. The service has passed a point of no return though. Even as a returning customer who can ignore the many many bad reviews, I've completely given up.
With my last order, it took months to arrive but after e-mailing i was given a tracking code etc. This time, despite e-mailing 4 times over a month, I've heard nothing. I'm going to have to dispute the payment through my bank. I used to be a fan of this site so it's a shame. I don't even use trustpilot but they personally linked me after my last order. Seems fitting that I use it to point out the crappy service now. Lets see if i end up with fraud charges like some of the others?

Fraudulent use of my card. Luckily my credit card provider flagged up the two transactions.

Terrible company. Ordered and paid for my knife on 23 December 2020, after one email exchange promising delivery, I still do not have my knife, a refund, or any explanation. The company has gone completely silent and looks like it's a complete scam.

Hi. I don’t often leave reviews but would have to concur with the other reviews. I ordered some camping equipment and after 10 working days contacted them and received their standard Brexit/COVID-19 response. I like others also had unauthorised withdrawal attempts on my account which my bank stopped. I’ve instigated a dispute with them with my Bank and got my money back. My only advice is to not place any orders with them, and if you have, instruct your bank to retrieve your money.

Purchased a knife some time ago on hunter knives, saying was UK dispatched and to wait 3 to 5 days for delivery. Didn’t received the item on time, I cheased and they told me was coming From’s Spain. After a month I didn’t received the item, got a refund from my bank. After a while, as a coincidence, I have money taken from my account on transactions that I never did. I have to cancel my bank card and get a new one.

every single one of them is correct as I have now experienced it for myself, order a knife on the 25/01/2021. never appeared!!! sent loads of emails which only 1 or 2 were responded to and when I question them about the comments on here they said it was only the British that seems to have a problem... no its your company that don't know what they are doing or you are just a scam. after weeks of waiting and many emails they say its been refused at British customers which is a lie and if not show me the paper work???? so 2 months on from ordering i have no knife and they have robbed my money... people reading, don't purchase from them as they are either a scam or very bad in business and don't have a clue what they are doing.

Ordered a small item was told 5 days delivery. After 2 weeks I emailed and as requested waited a further week. That was over a month ago. No further reply to polite emails and I do NOT expect my delivery to appear. They are either incompetent or fraudulent. Use at your own risk.

Took my money. Told me the goods had been returned to them by British customs but never actually gave me any confirmation of shipping. Have now ignored my emails about any refund.

Nowhere does it say in bold that the delivery can be delayed. Even still, the order is still showing as processing and not shipped to be able to blame this on brexit-related shipment delays.

I have purchased a knife over a week ago. The website says it is 3-5 working day shipping, however, the website says the order is still processing. The number is not working, they are not answering over email. Will have to dispute with my card provider now unless someone contacts me here?
