Friendly efficient company to buy from. I bought an extreme overall coat for my Westie but it drowned her as she’s quite short in the leg and suffers from arthritis, so getting her back legs in the coat was painful. I’ve ordered a mid layer overall which is softer and hopefully easier to put on. It’s not arrived yet I assume due to postal strikes. The only disappointment was I purchased first time from their Black Friday deals online and was assured the replacement would honour that offer, but it didn’t as there was only two dates that were apparently valid during that time! Confusing, But quality of purchases is excellent.

Excellent experience.I have bought a Monsoon coat, which I am delighted with. The coverage is excellent and will keep my Golden Retriever cleaner and drier than other coats I have. However it was the service that was exceptional. I ordered what turned out to be an incorrect size. The company were very helpful and an exchange completed with the minimum of fuss and very quickly. Thank you.

Bought our second monsoon dog coat, so now both our golden retrievers have one. Ordering extremely easy, price excellent, delivery only slightly delayed by post strike. Coats themselves are superb, keeping bulk of dog dry and clean so only legs need washing. Wash well and good as new after drying. We are always asked where we get the dogs’ coats from, especially by golden or lab owners. Excellent quality of coat and service.

Came on time well packaged took me a few minutes to work out how to adjust but now fits perfectly certainly keeps her warm amazingly it hasn’t rained yet so haven’t tested that but otherwise it’s perfect and good quality well made.

Speedy service.The product is very good quality but unfortunately it was too small. In the advertisement it does say to buy 2 sizes if your dog was between the 2 . This was the case with my spaniel . My fault. I’m sending back for a bigger one 👍

Great company, a lovely man called to check I had the size correct as my dogs are big and it was shipped right away. Well packaged, good price and good website.

I brought a working jacket for my spaniel Blue and after trying to get it on him,I thought it was to small but after phoning Hurrta Online, they explained everything about size.
It's a great jacket and Blue love's it.

Great service and great coats. My girls look great in them and (are visible in the woods as I chose bright colours) and they kept dry on their first downpour. They have Hurtta parkas too but these are best for when its a bit colder. I needed coats for them that would go through spring to winter downpours and these are just the right coats.

Great outdoor kit for our dogs. Have a few Hurtta items and cannot fault them.
