I ordered the mudventure coat to save my sanity. With the constant wet weather and my mud loving poodle, walks were becoming increasing stressful due to the clean up involved afterwards. Now thanks to this coat my standard Poodle Tiana is kept dry and clean. This coat fits amazingly and you are able to adjust the fit pretty much everywhere quickly. Company were great to deal with responding to my email about sizing quickly and the coat was delivered promptly. Would highly recommend!

Ordered the harness online after using their measuring instructions. No issues at all. Dispatch and delivery very efficient. The harness is possibly on the big size as our lab was in between sizes but it has been used daily since receiving and is a good robust harness.

I’ve previously ordered harnesses, collar and lead from Hurtta and been really impressed with how well made and comfortable they are. After welcoming a new rescue dog to our family I purchased the same again. I find having two harnesses per dog really works well in winter so you’re not having to put a wet harness on. The leads are a great length with a padded hand loop. Delivery was very quick.

A well made and designed active dog harness. Absolutely perfect for Parkour training. It allows movement and doesn’t slip, important during exercises that need a good fit and safety.

Coat arrived promptly but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed that I wanted to exchange and within an hour they phoned me and sorted everything out and confirmed by email.

I ordered a new coat for my springer spaniel. The video guide took the uncertainty out of measuring and choosing the correct size. The coat arrived today and it fits well. My dog is pleased and so am I. The repair patches I ordered arrived in the same environmentally friendly packaging, so I will also be able to repair the tear in her old Hurtta coat and keep it going a bit longer.

I actually found a much better price for the hardness I bought for my dog from the company than in Amazon. Although they use Royal Mail for delivering their products, the hardness arrived faster than expected. It only took three days from the moment I purchased the item to the time it arrived. Keep up the good work!

I am delighted with the Monsoon dog coat, that is a great fit on my short-haired border collie, and the gilet (for me) is brilliant; it seems robust and has plenty of useful pockets, and looks good too.

They have a great customer service and their respond time is very quick. Their team helped me to change the item before shipment and processed my return very quickly (on the day of receipt). Was despatched on time but they chose to use Royal Mail knowing that they were about to strike for 2 days. I needed the replacement so it would have been better had they chosen another courier not affected by the strike.

The Hurtta brand is one we have found to be durable and well designed. The online store had a good range of items, including those we had not seen in store. Service was good and the 2 dog leads promptly dispatched. Very happy with them.
