Excellent customer service from Karen at Podgy Paws (sister company to Hurtta). She was so easy to talk to and advised on how to measure my dogs for a perfect fit. I was unable to order two Monsoon waterproof dog coats in Blackberry online as they were out of stock. Karen duly ordered them for me, rang me as soon as she received them which was a couple of days later and posted them out to me straight away. No, fuss, no hassle and they fit my boys perfectly. Karen was extremely efficient, so helpful and provided first class customer service. The coats are absolutely fantastic. Thank you Karen.

Top jacket, perfect fit, warm and waterproof. Had various Hurtta products over the last 13 years as the quality is great. Our dog does not like wearing any sort of clothing but seems to tolerate this coat which is a bonus. The beetroot colour is more pink but it looks really good on a white dog. The coat fits so well and looks so good and as she does not mind wearing it we have bought her another. Happy doggy days!

Great product and excellent customer service. This coat had limited stock and the company e.mailed everyone expressing interest and made sure we received the stock. I love HURTTA dog coats - so comfortable for my dogs as the material is flexible enabling easier movement. Definitely recommend the product AND supplier.

A quality waterproof garment, I have only given 4 stars because it is not specifically designed for sighthounds so I have had to compromise a little for it to fit my Whippet (e.g. I am not happy with the neckline but it is OK). Also, if you are buying for a sighthound, usually the back length is the most important sizing but with this coat you need to take ALL the measurements into consideration. I had to order one size up and one size down as her back length was 'inbetween' and try them both ... the smaller one had the best fit all over, although still very generous so she just wears a fleece vest under it. However, returning the larger one was easy and the refund received very quickly so A1 customer service
