Ordered online for the first time…

Ordered online for the first time yesterday! Due to three of my household have covid!!!! Still at noon today still have not got my groceries!!! This is insane omg we have had to call multiple times!!!! Keep getting the run around wow just wow so it's free then when this happens I bet my order will be wrong to! I am not happy at all guess I need to go in and get my groceries covid or not try and do the right thing and yeah never again

I was drinking my tea from hyvee. I figured it was just chilled. But I drank some more and pulled something out of my mouth. I went to pour them out in a strainer and there was a
Slime from both containers.

Hy-Vee isles online home delivery is a…

Hy-Vee isles online home delivery is a terrible service. They are out of stock of the most basic items . The last order 45 items ordered 31 items in stock. Some of the items that were out of stock McCormicks chili mix, cauliflower to name a few. This just was a one off every order we have this type of outages. I moved from Miami we’re grocery delivery is common. Rarely that I have items that were not in stock. It seemed that every step of the way, with hy vee,it was always a challenge from the items in stock,to using an outside service for delivery, who would not carry up the steps to my apartment left the grocery order at the bottom of the steps. So we’ve moved on no longer using hy vee

If you enjoy nightmares online shop at…

If you enjoy nightmares online shop at any Hyvee. Worst experiences ever at the West Des Moines Hy-Vee. I have tried now a number of times to do online grocery pick up. Each time it has been completely awful in one way or another. Whenever I go to pick up the groceries they are ALWAYS running at least an hour late. Then, at a minimum they are out of 8 to 10 items I’ve ordered. One time I went into the store, and every item they just claimed they were out of 5 min prior, they had in stock and sitting right there on the shelf. Talk about frustrating. Then a couple of times I didn’t even get a receipt, so I couldn’t check and make sure everything rang up correctly, because It’s never the same total from when you place the order vs when you pick it up, so you have to get a receipt to be sure they haven’t overcharged you. Which has also happened to me. Had to call and go through everything and then get a credit for the difference of each item I was either overcharged or charged for and just didn’t receive. Then when it comes to substitutions and you choose select next best thing they either give you something completely opposite or nothing at all. I’m talking about things like paper plates. I picked 10in solo brand but said any thing is fine. Got nothing. Seriously? They have no other 10 inch or close to 10 inch paper plates in that store? Then, I’ve called about incorrect items I’ve received and they said that they would deliver them...which they did and YET AGAIN it was the incorrect item...after specifically spending time going over it with the manager on the phone. It isn’t just this Hyvee it’s quite a few of them. They all seem to have the same problems and the same solutions. NONE!

Hyvee on lincoln way in ames iowa the newer one not the one in west ames iowa doesn't even deserve one star after it they got a cake i paid almost 30 dollars for wrong but also two people followed me out & basically accused me of stealing they said they noticed i was struggling in the store & instead of coming up & trying to help me while in the store struggling they followed me out & accused me of not paying for all my stuff i will never return to that store

The worst experience thus far

The worst experience thus far. No idea when my things would show up and when they did. Had to call and teel them what they forgot. I usually don't post but I am currently waiting for the box they missed. Last time I order online and the last time I shop here

This is our third and last time trying…

This is our third and last time trying to use this service. Each time it has been late. Today, our groceries were delivered to the wrong address and only retrieved when I called the Door Dash driver to ask when he would arrive. I called the Omaha Hyvee Aisles on line and was told “I don’t know what we can do”. Well, I know what I can do.

I did NOT feel safe

Second time shopping at the Eagan MN store today. I did NOT feel safe. Workers stocking shelves do not wear masks or gloves. They have put arrows and signs to keep people moving one way to cut down close proximity although while shopping in an isle another shopper came down the wrong way towards me. I pointed to the arrows on the floor and he replied I know, fxxk off. So, the store does not seam to take the virus issues serious enough to protect shoppers by using gloves and masks, and the shoppers in general are rude and don't care about others

COVID-19 pandemic senior citizen…

COVID-19 pandemic senior citizen options - they have offered shopping for elders from 7 - 8 am, but for those of us not able to come in due to being sick already & need to drive up, they won’t hold at least a pkg of toilet paper. Not sure what we’re suppose to do if there is no other option available to us so that we don’t have to physically Come into the store sick from 7-8am. Can’t do the Twin Cities Aisles Online order either, so that we can at least drive up & pick up at a different time of day, other than 7-8am. Seniors that are sick & can drive, have to come into the store sick. No drive through pick up offered or order on-line & drive thru & pick up. 👎

Albert Lea Hyvee bakery

I would never buy from the bakery at the Hy-VEE in Albert Lea. The managers name is Mike Fick, and if he's still there, do not purchase. GROSS. If raw dough is dropped on the floor, they use it!!!
