I would give it a minus 5 star or even the most negative infinity sign if there is any. Bought $300 worth box of items waited a WHOLE month that came in a plastic bag, already damaged when open. Hence I am currently in a dispute with my bank as there was no resolution with HydroSip due to their poor communication. Please note their email was my only communication. Long story short, poor contact informatin/communication. And when able to reach someone form HydroSip requesting to return the items back but they proceed to state they will replaced it but no tracking number given. Refused to refund me and asked for more photos of the items as if they assume I already opened all of the boxes after my dispute thinking they can use it against me per their refund policy. As I already know, kept the receipt, every recent videos of the condition of the boxes/items (as the date on the film don't lie) and communication email with HydroSip which wasn't even much... that tells you about their poor communication. Side note, initially I couldn't reached them so i first went to AFFIRM and did my dispute there which HydroSip, THEY responded quickly then stopped after two email. And AFFIRM did not get back with me but sent me an email saying i still owe payment, which i called for clarification and I am told it was in favor of the merchant. Keep in mind I did not received any replacement with no tracking number or refund that in a nut shell not received a satisfactory resolution. Affirm told me they will re-dispute the claim so I agreed and then went to dispute with my bank. Now I submitted my evidence to my bank and waiting to hear back from them. HydroSip lost my trust and wont be giving them my business!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered something on June 22nd. And still not product. Tried to cancel and they won’t allow me. Excuse after excuse. Do not order from them. Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Ordered 2 Stanley cups, waited 2 months with a tracking number that didn’t budge from some shipping center in China. They did respond to my email requesting a refund and to cancel my order. I got my refund about a week after that. Do NOT buy from them.

Sent me a not only fake labubu but it also came damaged! There’s a hole in it, a backwards arm and the printing on the face is not lined up at all! Contacted them as soon as I got it and just got automated messages. When I finally got an email back the told me no refunds cuz it was on “sale” and had the audacity to tell me they inspect their products. Obviously not. They don’t respond to any other emails I’ve sent with proof of damage. Scammers!!!

Never received my cup. Kept trying to communicate with customer service but no response.

Selling counterfeit and fraudulent items and burying fine print in closed menus. Products are beyond cheap knockoffs. They take over a month to arrive and they show up smashed in cheap boxes with no protection.

BUYER BEWARE, they sell Lafufus while advertising authentic Labubu. They do not respond to emails everything is automated. Do not make any purchases with this company!!

First of all, it takes a month or so to receive your products. Second, they do not disclose that what they sell are replicas. Third, they ignore your requests for refunds. So BUYER BEWARE! If you order from them please note the items are not genuine and getting a refund is impossible.

I did a order for my two girls on June 18th for two labubus and still haven’t received it we since got some at the shops for 20 each and they are great …they give automated emails when you ask for a refund and say refunds are not available so still haven’t received anything probably a SCAM

if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a box of Big into Energy Labubu's from the company and was provided a tracking number, when I finally checked the tracking number I noticed it was delivered to an address in Lockhart, Texas and not my address in Arizona which was the correctly on the order. When trying to reply to the customer service email to get a refund or another box sent you just get an automated response which is the same every time. DO NOT purchase anything from this company, you will be scammed!

They sell fake Labubu's. We purchased FAKE Labubu's. They are marketed as authentic but are true fakes. Please do not buy from this company.

So stupid of me that I didn’t check reviews before my purchase. Made an order in January, paid 84 Aud including shipping and never received my limited edition Stanley 😂
And when you email them you just get same reply every time.

Scammers. I ordered an Owala water bottle Hello Kitty edition. Its poor quality compared to the Owala bottles I bought directly from the website. I contacted the store via email multiple times and it automatically sends an email regarding nothing related to your question. Ive tried to find a way to leave a review on their store site and you cant. So right there screams fake to me. Don't spend your money on that website.

This company is a scam. I ordered 3 labubu and one was completely missing the entire eye ball. The heads are so deformed and the teeth aren’t even painted white in the correct spot. This seller is a scam fake and a rip off

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! I still have not received my order which was placed nearly 2 months ago on 4/8/25. Their customer service email is a gmail address…the reply is a generic, AI-generated response telling me to “just keep waiting.” The tracking info hasn’t been updated in over a month. I ordered from SHOP and they won’t help either…What a bunch of BS!! I want my $55 back!

I wouldn’t have gave you a one star if I didn’t have to I never received my cup they don’t return emails no actually person to talk to I don’t have 60+ dollars to give away THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I love my tumbler!!! It looks exactly like the real Stanley tumbler and you really can’t tell the difference! I was really worried about if I was going to receive it, but it came through and I started using it this week for work. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wasn’t able to track my shipment AND for one other reason, I’m struggling to push the little 🎀 that comes for the straw further down onto the straw so I can sip from the top of the straw without being bothered about the bow, but unfortunately the bow kind of in the way of being able to properly drink from the straw. Other than that I really really love my tumbler, it keeps my water cool the way I like it throughout the day and it’s helping me drink more water which I’m usually not very good at!!! Not to mention, it is SO SO pretty and very cute and it looks exactly like the picture!!!

Ordered in January, it is now May. Says package was returned, but it was never delivered! Customer service gives response of it my take up to 50 days….its now over 90. Lesson learned. Do NOT order from them!!!
