Same experience with everyone else. I ordered 3.. over a month ago. They will not give you correct tracking. Support is NO help whatsoever. I regret purchasing and now Christmas presents won’t even be here in time. DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. The 4-10 days shipping is a lie. SCAM.

Scam. 4-10 business days is untrue. Shipped from overseas with no shipping updates at all . I bought two loveshack Stanley’s. I didn’t read reviews first I know I’m an idiot but I seen it in TikTok and just clicked thinking I got lucky. Shame on me. I did email after 10 days of no tracking number and got an automated response that it was on the way but still says awaiting customs? Still stuck on waiting on carrier in an overseas location. Do not order from here.

I ordered 3 of them 11/29/24 and haven’t received and no communication. Very disappointed.

My husband ordered one of these thinking it was a real Loveshack Fancy Stanley. It was the worst low budget fake that it was the joke of Christmas. Our daughters received real ones, so it was easy to compare. The one we received was light, and the design was not acurate. Despite showing it on the ad, it did not come in a fancy box with the velvet bag. It came in a cheap smashed up box. This company is deceptive and should be shut down

This website is obviously fake and does dropshipping.. i realized it a little too late. The product itself is good quality only the bow on the straw is off and it didn’t come in the pretty box like the original. Shipping takes a little time but it does arrive, so don’t worry.

Paid $49.99 for a flask plus shipping, after a week they refunded me $39.99 for without any explanation and after reaching out and asking why, or if I can get a full refund at the least, there has been no response.

I ordered the “Loveshack fancy Stanley” from Hydrosip. They offered me expedited shipping within a few days for 12.99. It ended up taking forever to get it. Then when I got it I realized that it is a knock off. The printing was off. The bow looked stupid and it did not come in the special box. The velvet bag was missing. I emailed them regarding the purchase and they have ignored me.

Excellent!! All my products were received 2 weeks after I ordered, excellent quality and legit tumblers, I could not be more happier with my order, customer support was great as well. Will be ordering again for Christmas! ❤

I’ve placed an order with hydrosip and only just come to look at real reviews (silly I know, but I’m usually so sharp with things like this) and it’s not looking good. The company seems to be incredibly new, and the reviews on the website itself seem to be fake. Not only this, but since placing the order I’ve noticed key information regarding shipping times have changed completely. They have no other online presence either, and the reviews on the shop app they’re connected to aren’t too promising. I’m hoping I’m not right, but everything is leading me to believe it’s a scam. I will update when I receive the item.

Update: it’s currently been 8 days since placing my order and it still hasn’t been shipped!

Extra update: I’ve just realised I never updated this with the outcome! I eventually received my item, a whole month later. Once I received it I realised it was 100% fake as I luckily had a real one to compare with. After rehearsing my consumer rights to the customer service team I did eventually receive a full refund minus the delivery fee. I’d also like to note that my item came from Hong Kong, despite the company stating they’re based in America. This is 100% a drop-shipping company. Note to self for the future, remember that if it looks to good to be true it is!

Definitely a knockoff Stanley. Very light weight compared to a real one. The color and design is off and there was no bow straw cap. Also came in a regular brown box, not the decorative “limited edition” box. They ignored my emails with a request to at least send the bow topper. Waste of money and a scam.

I hated to give it a one start rate. I ordered way back in September and here it is the end of October. I pray to God i get my cups and pray they are authentic!!!🤯

Complete SCAM! do not order from this site! It took almost a month to get my “Stanley” in and it wasn’t even the one I ordered. I have tried reaching out via email several times and no one has ever responded. Do not waste your time or money!!!

Got my order. Although tracking is sh**ty. But I am not sure if my product is actually authentic.

UPDATE: 10/19 RECEIVED
I received many quick responses via email from Hydrosip when I would ask for updates. They assured me they were on the way but the tracking number never provided updated information so I truly thought I got scammed. Well, I got them. The return shipping address said the seller was from Chicago. They are new in box with Stanley wrapping and paperwork. They are Beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I am so happy with my purchase

10/7 SCAM OR NOT TBD I placed an order for 2 Stanley tumblers and was informed via email that they shipped sept 27. However the tracking info is literally a tracking number and states it shipped from HUA HAI UNITED STATES, in transit, destination unknown. When I try to click to see where on the map the package is it says I have to buy the app to check it. The company said it will arrive 5-15 days but based on someone else’s review here it appears it was close to a month for theirs. I can’t help but worry I have been scammed. I will update if I ever get them.

I was getting worried about my Hydrosip order as I had ordered two cups. I ordered Sept 9th and received Oct 2nd. They are beautiful. I tracked online and I also emailed them twice and they promptly replied.

Company looks like it was just created. No real reviews.

A family member ordered a tumbler from this website — hydrosip.store. Paid for expedited shipping. To date, no tumbler has arrived. Requests for order updates has resulted in a tracking status (via t.17track.net) that shows it is at a southern California shipping partner facility, awaiting USPS pick up for the last five days. When I searched for hydrosip.store reviews, they all came back low trust / scam. No doubt this order will never materialize. Avoid this store as its prices are too good to be true, and that certainly played out as one would expect.
