The customer service is just down right shit. I purchased Loveshack Edition as a Christmas present. The vinyl coating or whatever it is has started peeling off. I have sent photos to shopelegancia21@************com since January 17 and not a single response.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first. I got bamboozled by my daughter to get her one with the money she had saved up - she is now devastated.
I have emailed them for a refund, but no reply.

The reason for the rating of 1-star is because a 0-star is not an option. I ordered 8 cups from this company on December 5th. They shipped 2 cups and packaging was only big enough for 2 cups yet the order and tracking information show my order complete. The shipping label was covering an earlier label which was only partially visible but I could see that even though only 2 cups were sent the label showed multiple sku numbers which corresponded to my order. Emails only receive an auto-reply and I was cheated out of 280$ worth of my order. I also believe these cups are Chinese knock-offs and not real Stanley cups. I took a chance and gave this company a 362$ order, I even bought insurance. The insurance is obviously worthless. Please do yourself a favor and don't allow this company to cheat you, an 80% dissatisfaction rating is not good!

Do not buy. Your order will never be delivered. I read the bad reviews too late sadly.

I bought a Stanley cup for my daughter in December 24. It was meant to be an Olivier Rodrigo Limited Edition. Received a completely different design a couple of weeks later. Not even the same colour. It’s a floral print… emailed them 4 times and more than 3 weeks after initial contact about the issue, I am yet to receive a response. I tried ordering another one, just incase they don’t replace the first one… almost 3 weeks have passed and the delivery status says it hasn’t even left the seller yet. WHAT A HOAX! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 😭

Orders never come, so called customer service personnel don't help or have any information on missing orders, and just say be patient except they weren't patient when they took my money but I have to wait almost a month with no tracking information for something I paid for. If I could give them 0 star rating I would because this company is trash.

I had ordered a Stanle tumbler for my wife for christmas back in November. I still have not received my order. When tracked with the number provided it says it was delivered to the absolutely wrong province Dec. 19th. I have emailed the company multiple times and get the same generic emails asuring me that the product is still in transit. They refuse to give my money back and cannot provide a proper tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS

I ordered 4 loveshack fancy collabs , I got 4 fake ones not the same print collar bow straw not even real Stanley’s . They are light cheap and all misprinted . $200 dollars and 2 1/2 months they all finally arrived and they are all bootleg ghetto cups . They need to be taken down and stopped from selling lead filled cheap Stanley knockoffs.

Terrible customer services - nonexistent. I did receive my Stanley tumbler but the problem is this company randomly places the grooves of the screw-on lid to the mug in production. It is a crap shoot as to whether the hole where the liquid comes out ends up in the front. There are complaints all over the Internet. Some people explain how to get it in the front but that worked for them just because theirs was in the right place. I have ordered two of these and one was correct. I have tried to talk to them about the other one and why it will never line up in the front and they refuse to respond. If you want to spend the money to hold the handle in a strange place to drink, that is your only bet. You will never hear from this company after they get your money.

Do not purchase from this site! I ordered a Hello Kitty Stanley tumbler that took over a month to come. When it did come it was not what I ordered - instead I received a floral cup. I have reached out several times without a response. BTW: it was supposed to be Christmas present and it was late.

I am very disappointed in HydroSip and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on them. Order a Hello Kitty Stanley for my daughter and my order did not come until December 31st. However, what was in my order was an old lady floral cup that I didn't purchase. If I wanted that style I would have ordered that style. If you did not have anymore in stock, you should have cancelled my order and returned my money. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to hear back from anymore. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ok so I thought I was scammed, especially after reading these reviews after the fact. But, my cups arrived today. One wasn’t what I ordered but I’m still happy with the two floral (my hello kitty wasn’t sent) did take over 4 weeks to arrive and they seem legit. I have several from Stanley and they do seem the same. Good knock offs if they aren’t! Overall I’m very happy and I must say I did get a reply every time I emailed.

I am extremely disappointed. It’s been over a month and nothing on the 4 Stanley’s I purchased. Sadly, I had purchased these items as Christmas gifts. I cannot believe how cruel people are. I am out 200 bucks!! DEVASTATING!

I ordered 2 LSF Floral Stanley cups from hydrosip. I saw an ad on Snapchat. They are knock-offs! The straw cover bow is messed up, the floral print is like a vinyl sticker on top. The flowers don’t even look the same color or design as on the pics online. The box it came in was already opened and it wasn’t in the pretty floral box. I emailed them and they claim it’s real bc it comes with “Stanley paperwork” but it’s fake!!!!!!! Do not buy!!!!!

Ordered 2 hydrosip bottles a month ago. No tracking information available. I get the same response from every email. I have been scammed out of $90. Do not buy from this company!!!

Order four cups from them. They delivered two that were not what I ordered. I have tried to get a hold of their customer service team with no luck. While I am thankful I did receive my cups, half the order was wrong. Their customer service website is a Gmail account. I would not order from this company ever again, and will be filing a dispute with my bank.

Ordered over 1 month ago (30 days) paid for international priority shipping. No delivery, tracking details DO NOT WORK. I have emailed them on several occasions and the reply email is an automated reply and does not address the issue…
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM.

I ordered two Stanley limited edition cups Nov. 29th that were delivered Dec. 15th. Based on the reviews, I should be thankful I received them but both lids were shattered. I've reached out to shopelegancia21 three times but have not gotten a response. Very disappointed.
