Awful store!! They sell knock off versions of Stanley cups. Then they say you can return…. But only non sale items are returnable. When I complained that the cup was obviously a fake they stopped responding.

Ordered 3/30. Kept checking tracking, said it was on the way. Then no update for a week and when I checked again it said it was delivered to a P.O. Box but I don't have a P.O. Box and the address on my order was correct. Went to local post office and they have nothing. Contacted company, received a canned response to check tracking and then won't respond. FRAUD!!!!

Scammmm. Never received my order or my money back.

When I purchased it said out of Orlando Florida, I received an email saying my order shipped...it was "shipped from China" I track the shipment, then says it's in customs...I give it a day or 2, look again to track-NO EMAIL(somehow they are able to delete)-I purchased it using the SHOP APP-that has been deleted as well.
I am going to try to get my charge reversed.

Never received my order. I sent an email to the contact Gmail shopelegancia21 they have listed asking for the tracking number and it just sent what looked like an auto response with a link to check on tracking but no tracking number to use. I responded asking again for the tracking number, no response. Sent another email and got the same original response no tracking number. Very disappointing.

This company is a joke!! They take your money and blow you off!! I ordered 2 tumblers-in blue and pink for my daughters to celebrate the birth of their babies…back in December!! Now they won’t even reply! They’re a scam!! liars!

Ordered 2 Stanley Hello Kitty bottles in November, received one in January which is clearly a fake, never received the second one, I have emailed numerous times and received the same automated reply, avoid at all costs, just wish i had realised that it wasn’t an official Stanley site, I paid just under £80 for one cheap fake one.

Horrible!!! Ordered the valentine cup on January 20 2025. Nothing yet!!! Emailed twice received the same response. What a waste of money!!!!

Horrible horrible…. Do NOT order from them! My daughter ordered an Owala 30 days ago and never received it, we reached out and they are refusing to refund us. Horrible company and customer service. There is no contact number and email is not responsive.

I got my 2 strawberry shortcake Stanley's. They are NOT Stanley's. The stanley stickers, yes all the design is badly placed stickers and they are all crooked and I'm sure will wash off the first time I wash it. I am completely disappointed this company is a scam and liars!! I hope stanley sues them!!

I would rate zero stars if I could. Please do not buy from this website. It is a scam. I spent $100+ back in November and it is now March. I have emailed them multiple times about my order and they replied "rest assured your order will be sent." Four months later and I still haven't received it. The tracking website states that the label was created, product was shipped, and then returned to the owner. No updates since then (this was in December). This is undoubtedly a scam.

Purchased a “guaranteed authentic” love shack fancy cup, when it arrived I called Stanley to verify the authenticity and it’s counterfeit. Emailed them and their response was to block me.

Only picking one star because I have to. I’m currently working with my bank because they charge you and don’t deliver. It’s been months, and they respond to emails with some excuse but they’re just stealing people’s money and then it’s all over Reddit That if you actually receive a product, it’s garbage and a fake.

I made an order from this company after my daughter saw their products advertised. I made my order on January 30 never heard anything. No emails after initial order confirmation no email explaining the delay no information. I had to email asking for a refund to be informed it finally sent, at the beginning of March. Also informing me it can take up to 50 days to receive.
Don’t buy from this company clearly they are not reputable.

Do not buy from this place, Terrible customer service did not recieve my item . I have back to back email them they sending me the same response wait 3 days blah blah blah - in the end I rang my bank for a refund - they don’t read ur email they send u the same automated message

Absolutely terrible! I ordered over $200 worth of Stanley's for Christmas gifts. I only received 2 of them. I contacted them via email over 30 times abs keep getting an auto response that says it's on its way. So I'm out over 200.00 and I didn't get the gifts to give so I had to purchase something else. Very pissed

I ordered 3 Stanley mugs 12/03/25. It is now 02/27/25 and I haven’t received them. You can only email customer service. Your standard replay is 30 Business days from your order, the second email says high order volume it can take 55 days. Scam company run away. Took my $150. Lies lies lies

If I can give this company a zero I would. I made an order on Nov 30, 24 and guess what, I still don’t have the order and it’s Feb 26, 25. I demanded a refund mid December and continually get bullshit automated messages but please, STAY AWAYYYYYY!!!!!

DO NOT BUY! Scam of a website, greeted with nothing but automated responses with complaints. I ordered a cup for my mums christmas present and have given her nothing due to being scammed. My order was over four months ago and still havent received anything. How these websites and companies stay up is beyond a joke, do not even look at the website you will be fooled.

This company is a fraud. I ordered three cups back in October and I still have not received them. I have emailed them 14 times and no response, no reason no refund. I will post any and every where to let people know so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
