Brilliant service from Richard. He is efficient and informative and was able to break things down to me in a way that I understood and never made me feel dumb. He’s genuinely just a very down to earth guy who loves his job and it really shows!

After years of exploring and many rejections, I was referred to Mrs. Parul Bhatt for mortgage advise. With mounting anxiety and yearning, I interacted with her and explained my situation. She patiently listened to me and understood my situation. To my surprise, she sent me mortgage in principle on the same day which was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve read the hints on how to write this, but I have to mention Theo’s by name. He was extremely professional from the start, open, truthful and approachable. He said ring any time and that was the truth I had many conversations with him, and he always did what he said he was ging to do and if he made an appointment, he kept it.
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who required financial advice.

We wanted to invest my Isa with IBA Wealth Management and my agent came over to change what we had with Standard Life to Quilter. Very friendly and helpful agent. The only issue I feel is that it has taken
nearly two months to transfer my ISA to invest with Quilter so far and feel it would have been quicker to close the account and send a cheque!!!
