The day after I ordered, I got an email saying that this jacket was out of stock. They offered me to order something else, or to return my money. I wanted to have the money back, but I am now already waiting for two weeks on it.

Impossible return policy, lost $700 in US because of customs
Worst retail experience in my life, and I’m 56! After 2 months they got back to me with their strange policy and email request to return things, filled out the paperwork, took to post office and spent $95 returning it. Now it’s sitting in Belgian customs for 6 weeks, because they say the package incurred additional duties. Icon says I am responsible for these duties, beyond the huge fees I already paid. How in the hell am I supposed to pay these? Icon won’t even collect the package and deduct the duties from my account! What a friggin SCAM! So, I just lost about $800 in total, because their sizing sucks and nothing fit my guys I ordered it for. I’m beyond livid, and hope they implode and go under.

Do not order from this company, I suspect my son has been “scammed” out of nearly £150. He did receive his order after a few weeks but needed to return it, unbeknown to us the parcel gets returned to Belgium at your own cost! After paying £20 to return via Royal Mail tracked, followed all instructions, with invoice on outside of parcel etc customs are not releasing the parcel until we give them the EORI (VAT) number of Monta (who the parcel is addressed to). Have contacted Icon several times but only one response asking for proof they want it! Parcel left the UK on 6th December and it is still sitting in customs. Suspect icon are ignoring us they know customs will eventually return to sender and they won’t have to refund my son. Avoid at all costs!!!

I sent a return to icon with tracking number they say they haven’t received because no one at premises when return delivered so a note was left how to retrieve and they haven’t followed up. Easy to see via tracking number that they asked for but they haven’t bothered to look. So every time I chase up I receive a standard response we haven’t received item.
This is shocking customer service I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from this company.
Terrible Delivery
Terrible customer service and delivery. It said 2-5 days delivery and it was 2 weeks. There was no way to track it without an App. This meant that my Christmas present for my friend did not arrive until a week after Christmas! When I complained they only offered a £10 voucher. The clothes look good and the shorts seem a nice quality. Nice fitting shirt. But absolutely do not order from this company if you want it within 2 weeks.

They never sent me the pants that I order and the tracking number they provided was for a completely different package idk how that is possible but it was for something that mom order which was food. I had email them with pictures of the package. The box weight 8lb and the shipping on the box was for 26$ when I only order 2 pants and the shipping the I pay them was 10$!?! I email them no reply, message them on Facebook no reply, so now hopefully my credit card can dispute it.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETURNS PROCESS
The item ordered took WEEKS to arrive. It did not fit all too well following guidance from ICON regarding sizing as the sizing guidance on the website is useless. Back and forth emails regarding an exchange also took additional weeks. They said the item I wanted as part of the exchange wasn't available when the website clearly said it was. All the above took it way above the 14-day return period (it actually took weeks). I did mention as part of my emails that due to them taking so long to deliver and responding to my emails, the 14-day period should not be applied, yet they still didn't allow for a refund.
When it comes to returns, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. You have to sort the entire thing out yourself which ends up costing a lot. They do not make it easy for you at all! A company of this calibre really should offer return labels, even if it costs the customer a little. For convenience sake if nothing else.
On top of this, they send so many marketing emails a day - they double up on the same email. Do they not realise this is annoying and not ordinary?
Please sort out your customer services, communication, sizing guidance and marketing comms! Won't be ordering again.

I should have read the reviews B4 I ordered. They offered a 2 for 1 on the TECH trousers, I ordered and the website only me allowed to purchase one. I contacted them immediately after purchase to advise and was told a few days later they were unable to provide me with the promotion offer since it had already passed. I wrote back, advised I purchased the products in good faith, my bank was debited so why not own up to this. Today, they have the unmediated gall to offer me a $10 voucher as compensation. This is not acceptable and I’ll be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau.

Can't recommend at all. First they don't cancel my order in time and still ship it, then I ask me to send it back on my costs and afterwards the customer service simply ignores your messages. Please buy anywhere else but here!!!
Clothing is decent quality
Clothing is decent quality, but the customer service and overall shopping experience is one of the worst that I have ever come across.
Tracking was provided immediately after payment before it was even shipped, then told it was actually shipped 4 days later. The customer service team couldn't even find my order after supplying them with all the information necessary and then ghosted me. Then when it eventually arrived like weeks after with no response to any of my previous customer service emails, they decided to reply saying can you please confirm you received your items in a good condition 2 days after it had been delivered.
Also the cheek to charge £5 delivery, and it comes labelled as Royal Mail 48, it's like dealing with Temu but actually thats a bit harsh or Temu.
