they lie I ordered two pairs of men's pants I only received one in emails they themselves get lost in the truth! I do not recommend them very much! I want a refund!

One of the worst site to buy…

One of the worst site to buy your stuffs from. Anyone who can read in English don’t buy from these guys. Return of items at your own cost how pathetic, less quality stuffs for high price, be my guest. And the process to reply you can take ages with an excuse they are busy. Busy sleeping . In all Bad material, bad return process and won’t advice anyone to buy unless you have the time to deal with their bullshit.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Put my order in during black friday sales. Came back to me a week later saying one of the 4 items of clothing I ordered were out of stock and offered for me to choose another item of clothing to replace it with. Chose a replacement and sent them the choice I made to add to my order. Heard nothing back for 3 days, only to receive a reply telling me all 4 items were now out of stock, and offering me to choose 4 new items as replacements. At that point I requested a refund. This was more than 3 days ago and still no reply. IM getting REALLY ANGRY.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I placed 3 orders the first was placed on 23rd november and the others a few days after. Its been 11 days since my first order was placed. It says shipping is 3-5 days. I contacted the company after 5 days of placing my furst order and they replied saying theyre busy due to the black friday sale. Its been over 5 days since all my orders. The shipping status is not changing. Ive emailed them again twice and im getting no reply. I dont understand how a reputable company like this can treat their customers this way. My first order was for my sons birthday and i did not even receive that on time. Im starting to doubt anything will even arrive now they have my money! Ive never dealt with such a company. Regret even ordering😡

Absolutely shocking company and…

Absolutely shocking company and service, avoid at all costs. Placed an order on 20th November, Royal Mail still didn't receive the package 10 days after. Turns out they didn't even send the parcel, told me "it was in the airport and it is up to Royal Mail", nonsense. What airport? When was it left off? How long was it there for? - none of these questions were answered. Tried shifting the blame to Royal mail.

Avoid avoid avoid. I just gave up.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I want a refund for my item, but they only give you 14 days for an international return. However, the parcel was returned back to me. This is still unresolved and has been going on since September, as they won't reply to emails. It seems that I have lost my money on the item bought and the international postage. They are not interested in resolving this at all. I will continue to write negative feedback until resolved.

Return process is a joke - Do not shop in this store

Return process is a joke. Highly manual, need to write multiple e-mails back and forth with the customer support basically only citing there AGBs and providing discount codes even though I stated multiple times I want a refund.
Not even complaining about the lack of the capability to start the refund process on the website, the need for the client to pay the return fee, or the lack of proactive tacking - but just base processes are not workin. Would not shop here again even if forced.

Avoid, scammers, no refund will be given. Liars.

They will not refund you under any circumstances, change their stance, pretend to help, scammers. I ordered two fleeces in August, they took 2/3 weeks to arrive, despite posing as though they're a UK/GBP platform. The items were ok but were too large/baggy for what was expected, requested a refund as there wasnt a smaller size. After being ignored and having to chase this up, I was offered an exchange instead, declined and requested the refund, eventually they give me the return address in EU and said it would cost to return if you're non EU, which I am as from the UK like almost all customers will be.

Returned items for £15 postage, took weeks for them to acknowledge return, then after chasing them up they stated they had it, but just offered an exchange again, I requested the refund again and they went quiet, chased up again, they offered a exchange AGAIN!!, I requested a refund again and they then said refund not possible as they're sale items!!! However, there are distance selling rules in place for online orders meaning refunds should be offered by law, additionally the site ALWAYS has 'SALES' on so they will just use this excuse months later no matter what, after not mentioning it before.

Anyhow a chargeback has been issued by my bank who have returned the funds to me months later, because this company are scammers. They'll reply to this acting all polite and lovely like it was an honest mistake but they're full of s**t. Dont use they'll be closed down eventually.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. Ordered some clothes that looked awesome on pictures, when it arrived, had absolutely nothing to do with pictures. Return policy is absolute joke, since they try every possible way not to refund the money. Quality is absolute zero, sizing is off. If you want to save your energy, time and money, avoid.

I could give this company zero stars

I could give this company zero stars. I bought clothes that looked great online, but when they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures. The quality was cheap, sizing was completely off, and they just didn’t look or feel right. When I tried to return them, I was shocked to find out that the return shipping was my responsibility – all the way overseas! Not only is that extremely expensive, but the company refuses to offer any assistance or reimbursement for this. If you’re thinking of ordering, save yourself the hassle. This company clearly doesn’t stand behind its products or care about its customers. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’d strongly suggest you avoid it too.

If you live in the USA… run don’t buy from them

Shocking company to deal with

Made an order, took ages to come, none of the items are suitable so returned them. It’s now 4 weeks and still have yet to be refunded my £132. Keep getting offered a voucher which I have declined multiply times and still waiting for monies to be returned. Does anyone know who to speak to in order to take this further ?

Completely avoid this company at all cost !!!!

Terrible experience!

14 day return policy???
In my 30 years of ordering clothing online I have never experienced a company that only gave you 14 days to return their product. I have contacted them twice and no one is responding. I do not recommend!

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!

Their clothes always come up really small and are poor quality.

They’ve slso sent my parcel back after telling me I could get a refund for the shirt and trousers that I bought.

I’ve now paid £20.20 to send my clothes back to Belgium, and 7 weeks later it’s just been sent back to me for some unknown reason. So, overall I’m now £126.04 down.

The company is a shambles.

Faulty jacket with ripped pocket, no refund!

Faulty jacket with ripped pocket. Very poor quality for the money.
PLEASE avoid this company, they do not communicate or offer a refund even although the item is faulty. I have sent several emails regarding this issue to no avail. The jacket was quite expensive and all I have is a jacket I can’t wear.

They avoid refunds

Bought two trouser as stated from model and my size (I was avoiding skinny/spray on look). Found two trouser I liked the look of, order in a bigger size to normal to ensure, when they arrived they were like a pair of tights.

So I filed for return and for full refund. Got in touch and the email states how to do the return, followed the instructions, sent the package back with tracking (£20) to which it sat at the Belgium customs for nearly a month.
ICON admitted fault and missed the package and stated they would still give me refund, next email now states I can select other products.

Bought in August, still trying to arrange a refund. Nightmare!

AVOID if you don’t want a headache and a loss of £100+ on clothing.

Bought 3x trousers of the same model…

Bought 3x trousers of the same model and size but they all had a completely different fit and poor quality. Tried exchanging them for a different size - couldn't do that because the sizes I wanted were not in stock. Tried returning them for a refund (which I btw had to pay for myself) - they would not let me. Worst customer service ever, pure defrauding of customers.
