Good service and quality of the product
We have ordered the rocking-chair, and we are very happy with our choice even in a small apartment. We had to wait pretty long time for the delivery, but instead we got a nice sale discount, which was deducted after we have made the order. It is very nice. Thank you very much for a good furniture!

Terrible customer service. Wrong delivery
I have order left side corner sofa with cheislong and receive right side corner sofa with cheislong. The sofa has one leg broken and was deliver a week later because the shop lost the order.
Definetly NOT recommended to buy from ide møbler.

terrible counter-service but improved after sales-service
After a disappointing experience in the shop with a sales assistant, who was unconcerned about 'assisting', and an initial lack of care or concern from staff with regards to after-sales service in relation to missing protective caps on chair legs, my 'not-at-all-impressed' attitude towards the shop, and the shopping experience, was later alleviated with a kind an apologetic call from the customer service team. I am now satisfied.

Excellent Customer Service
Fantastic service. If not the best, it should be one of the best customer service experience I ever had till date. The from the showroom to the warehouse staff named Jaet who was extra ordinarily professional.
Excellent is the word I'll use to describe the services in Ide Mobler Gladsaxe.

Lack of service
Staff at your pic up store not service minded enough, no understanding for our need of quick service. Due to above we were close to miss our booked ticket with Stena in Fredrikshamn.
