Excellent service
Hi Jeyan,
we picked up the Sofa on January 4th in Sønderborg and are really happy with it. Luckily we arrived in time for the storage clerk to hand out the goods.
Thank you for your kind support in this purchase. We are really glad to enjoy our “Danish sofa” and are really satisfied with the good quality.
We would put the purchase down to the following criteria:
- Kindness of sales staff: Jey was excellent
- Orientation in the shop: good
- Design of the product: very good, long sought after
- Quality of the product: very good
- Price: fair and good
We like to stress how grateful we are for your extra communication via e-mail and the coordination with your financial department for this unusual case.
Although we are really satisfied with the purchase, we are not likely to buy the next furniture again ;-) at least not soon.
The transport and payment pose a real hassle – even with all of the European market in place.
We thank you very much and wish you the best of luck!
Maybe we will purchase smaller deco parts next time.

Worst service ever
I bought a couch from Ide Møbler and they said it might take 4-6 weeks to deliver but it take more than 8 week. When they deliver they bring a wrong couch and have to check with the order but then found out the order was wrong someone else order has given to me. Result they take back the couch. When you call to the store no body pickup the phone to answer. Don't buy any couch from them and if you buy the beware of these consequences.
