Disgusting Services They Took £29.99 from my account my children child benefit money and refused a refund, I Dont Know who they are nor did i sign up with anything it was bought to my attention with an transaction on my online banking , TERRIBLE SERVICE

This should not still be allowed to go on they tried to take £29.99 from my account then I see all the reviews . It's wrong and it's cruel yet they get away with it ... Contact bank immediately the company themselves will only take and seems get away with it .

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Taken £29.99 out of my partners bank for no reason at all. Never even heard of the company until we researched it. Not signed up to anything either. Stealing from people is against the law this company needs to be shut down.

£29.99 taken out from something I apparently signed up for. I didn’t. The search was done for my dentist. Won’t give me a refund. Asked to make a complaint in which ‘Mitch’ replied with “well what exactly is your complaint about” I said I’d like to discuss this with someone else to which he put down the phone. AVOID AND CONTACT YOUR BANK.

SCAM This company has stolen 29.99 from my account and say that when I applied for a loan I agreed to this??? I clicked NO. I rang them and they cannot do a refund as I have agreed with some loan company which I did not do 100%. I will get my money back if I have to report them to the ombudsman service out of principle it’s worth it!

If you have recently had a small fee taken out of your account by these guys then please get on the phone to your bank and notify them to stop all further transactions being taken out. Once 2 weeks has passed they will try and charge your account for £29.99 and if you try and dispute it with the company they will say the cooling down period has ended and that they will not reimburse your money. Be warned guys this company is a scam and I have no idea how they are operational.

Never signed up to these scammers, took 29.99 from my bank and after cancelling a subscription I did not sign up to, and apparantley within a 14 day cooling off period, I should of had a refund. Did I get it?, no. Complete fraudsters.

Thay are scum they took money from my account and say it because I went for a loan and they charge me 29.99 for doing this I've rang them afew times now and they hang up on me absolutely scum of the earth

This company doesn’t even deserve one star, they have been continuously taking 11p out of my account, I’ve never signed up or even heard of this company before what a load of thief’s taking money without anyone’s knowledge.

They stole 29.99 from my account today.I don’t have a clue who they are I reported it to my bank and got my account blocked.The transaction is pending so hopefully Santander give me my money back.

Scam company, took £33.88 out my account. I never signed up for membership and how they got my name address and bank details, is fraud. This company needs to be shut down. Does anyone know who i can get in touch to get this company investigated. I never gave them any such details or authority to take money from my account. FRAUD

Fuc...n thieft! They took out 33.88£ from my account 2 month ago. Today 0.11p. I didnt sign any cotract with this thiefts. They don't respond for my emails.

Today I woke up to find £30 stolen from my bank account and found it was this company called identity monitor.co.u I phoned them to ask why they stole it reply was that I had signed up when I applied for loan not true they said I hadn't cancelled in 2 weeks I Haddno correspondence from them to say I had signed up just went to my bank account and stole it any one else had this problem let's work together and expose these thief's or give a me ideas how to also the government should be stepping in to help as to many of these types of company's are just going to people's bank and taken money without any correspondence to people

Complete scam.
Took £33.88 out of my account with no idea who the company is.
Just spoke with my bank and funny enough they've heard of this company before.
Also found out that over the past 12 month they've also been taking 11p a month out of my bank.
Such a small amount that you don't notice.
I now have to dispute the transaction in order to get my money back.
A bogus company claiming to keep you safe online !!!
How about keeping us safe from online scammers such as yourselves in future.!

I encurage everyone to report them to your banks fraud department and stay well away.
If this company has robbed you as it has me, call your bank and check how many times they have taken funds.
You may find other charges off the same company which you haven't seen before.
How this company is still able to rob people, and hasn't been shut down by any type of authority is unbelievable.

I don't know who these people are. Took £33.99 from my account. Checked to see who they were, cancelled the so called subscription. Have now discovered they have taken 11p for last three months and now set to take £33.88 from my account again. They are not registered at Companies House. Cannot find an address on website, only an 0800 number. Their activities are fraudulent and I am reporting them. Worth contacting Radio 4 and Martyn Lewis. Do not rate them at all ie No star!

They steal your information from somewhere and take money from your account. I tried to cancel my account but they still take money from me and now say that there is no account under my e mail, i tried to contact them but no replies
